Knowledgeable advice a rare pleasure

The service was excellent. The lady came up to me and was helpful. She knew all about the shredder I bought. I thought the shop in McArthur Glen looked spick and span.

Excellent customer service.
I purchased a group of 3 saucepans all priced separately. The very helpful assistant on the till looked for a discount code applicable if the pans were a set of 3. She found one and applied it which meant I saved £30. All of this was done without me asking. I think her name was Joanne. Absolutely brilliant service again.

Stainless Steel Sauté and frying pan purchase
The McArthurGlen shop has a wide selection of everything with good offers and the staff are very friendly. Renata was very pleasant and helped me to make my decision of purchasing stainless steel items which I am happy to say are very good products.
