I bought a baking tray last week. Baked a great traybake in it for a local fayre.
It worked wonderfully. The products are of a very high quality.

Excellent service from in store staff
Helpful, friendly staff. Checked item was in stock by phone before going to store the next day. Assistant remembered my call and took time to answer my questions. I wanted to check the mug size which would fit the machine and she very helpfully got the tallest mug from their range to try. It fitted! Display information with coffee machines comprehensive. Excellent service from staff at the Ditchling store.

Great products - BUT!
Great products, good job ten year guarantee as frequently have to return items. Have several Gourmet stainless steel and non stick saucepans and lid handles keep coming off. Replace every year or so. Now a saucepan handle come off.*
The aluminium edges have corroded leaving sharp edges.*
Fair play to Procook all these items have been replaced without question, but what a shame that these quality issues do seem to have been addressed since items have been replaced several times. (first purchases were in 2017).
The non stick ones do not work very well on induction hob and not at all on one plate.
*On my way to return today.
