We bought a knife rack which didn't…
We bought a knife rack which didn't hold our knives properly.
We returned it and a very helpful assistant showed us an alternative and we tested it with similar knives to our own and it is perfect. The exchange was easy.

Your staff were helpful and friendly, which was great. This was my second visit, however the first visit and the experience that I had was not so great.
