Excellent customer service
I had seen the stainless steel pan I wanted online but decided to go to the shop so that I could feel the weight etc.
The sales assistant was very helpful in identifying my needs. She didn’t mind when I changed my mind about the type of pan I wanted at the till (I decided to go for a sauté pan rather than a frying pan) and remained friendly and patient the whole time. Will definitely shop there again.

Interference from unwanted assistant
We were dealing with one assistant who was very good and helpful. But another assistant kept butting in and was less friendly. Ultimately when we decided to buy (spending nearly £400) the unwanted assistant interfered at check out and a set of two salt and pepper grinders were missed and we arrived home (an hour away) to find they had been left out.

Battery operated Salt & Pepper mills
Bought 2 battery operated salt and pepper mills to replace one that had packed in. The assistant started to explain the operation and when I said we were buying to replace one, he checked the system and found that the original is still in its 2 yr guarantee period, so it will be going back and getting exchanged.
