Priory Automotive Anmeldelser

Fantastic experience all around. Great customer service from Mike and Tony. The car was immaculate and exactly as pictured. Seamless process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Fantastically knowledgeable staff, helpful advice, they listened to my needs, were prompt with replying and I now have a fantastic car at the end of the process. I've been recommending them to everyone and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I contacted Priory Automotive after a family recommendation. My email was answered promptly, and within an hour of a phone conversation, Mike had located a car that met our requirements perfectly. There was great communication throughout the process of buying the car, which arrived the following week in immaculate condition and with very helpful instructions on how to drive it. I would recommend the service to others.

I am very impressed with Priory Automotive and can't thank them enough for their excellent service. They looked after me and listened to me from start to finish and delivered a lovely car that will last me for many years of happy and safe driving.

Because of my wife's current and serious illness, I needed a hassle free experience - and that's what I got!! Mike was friendly and helpful and Tony the same when he delivered the car. I will definitely use Priory Automotive again

They always provide a timely response to emails etc.
No waiting and wondering what is happening.
Mike asked all the right questions to establish what car I was looking for.
Tony, who delivered the car was so patient showing me what all the controls were for; and link my phone a task I was dreading.

Great standard of care and total absence of pressure from Chief Sales Exec. Mike. I have been purchasing cars from Priory for many years and never had anything apart from a trouble free car in excellent condition. The last one was brand new - all others with very low mileage. Tony who delivered the car to the Far East of Sussex by 0930 could not have been more helpful.
You serve us well!

I needed to sell my car, a new experience for me, but recently widowed I didn't need two. I was beginning to see through the marketing nonsense of a couple of online firms when I remembered I'd seen an ad in the Church Times. Mike was straightforward, clear and understanding. Once I'd sent him photos he came back quickly and offered me a very fair price. I picked Tony up from the station and he was off back to Sheffield once he'd checked the paperwork etc within 5 minutes of arriving. It was a pleasure to deal with them both.

Excellent service from all the team. All very polite and kept us up to date with delivery etc. Good to meet Tony when he delivered the car this morning.

Every good thing other reviewers have said about Priory proved to be true. from first enquiry to delivery of the car I was treated with respect, courtesy and patience by Mike and his team. he went to considerable effort to find just the right vehicle for me (I needed a car capable of towing my caravan). When it arrived the car was immaculate and has performed impeccably. It was delivered on the day promised even though two drivers had to give up their Saturday because the trains were not working. Many thanks Priory - keep up the good work.

Mike was able to find the car we were hoping for at a competitive price. From first enquiry to delivery the service was informative and thorough and as our old car was taken in part exchange entirely stress free.

When we need to purchase another car Priory will be our first port of call.

Petrol Vauxhall to hybrid Toyota

The response was immediate and helpful, and a suitable vehicle was offered the same day, for a very competitive price. There was only a short wait for
delivery which happened as arranged and was delivered by Tony who was friendly and helpful with
explaining the controls. Mike was most efficient with
dealing with all the details and arranging the exchange.

Great personal service. They work hard to find the car you want and only supply high quality, well maintained cars.

The delivery driver, Tony, was friendly and cheerful. He patiently explained everything about the Mokka controls and even made friends with my cat. On the phone, Mike was always available, prompt and efficient.

The ongoing support from PrioryAutomotive, in our case Mike, was most welcome for the whole process of buying, delivery of our new car and collection of the old one.
The driver, in our case Tony, was very helpful in briefing us about the car and connecting the mobile to the car infotainment screen for maps and apps.
It was excellent to be able to communicate with ease and make follow up enquiries, which were swiftly answered. Canon Mercer, Kent

Thank you so much to all the team for a personal, knowledgeable, supportive service, and I love my new car!

Stress-free car-buying?!! How good is that? Wonderful service from Mike, Steve and Tony the delivery driver. Whole process took less than a week; clear, seamless, efficient.
This is the second purchase I've made from Priory, and both have been good experiences in what would otherwise be a minefield for me.

Fantastic service! Mike, Steve and Tony were all so friendly, responsive and efficient. They sourced the car very quickly, and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. We can't thank them enough.

A big thankyou for finding us a car that exactly met our specifications so quickly. It arrived on time, in excellent condition and is a delight to drive.

Friendly and efficient. I needed a car quickly as I had returned from living overseas and I have just what I need. Questions were addressed speedily and I feel my needs were considered. I really appreciate home delivery. Excellent warranty arrangements.
