Perfect experience buying a car from here,
Rame served me and was very impressed by the way he was answering my questions and the knowledge he had from the car.
would definitely recommend the dealership and him to any potential customer
Left a deposit on Monday and collected Tuesday! They sent a personalised video of the car before I left the deposit which other garages didn’t do for me which made me feel confident going ahead. Thank you very much guys we are thrilled with our Volkswagen Polo!
Great service and highly recommended FG Cars! The staff were very inviting and friendly, in particular Rame who answered all questions and was very helpful. Thank you!

Thank you for your review. We are concerned to read the comments you have made and would like the opportunity to investigate this matter properly.
FG Cars has been operating for over 10 years, and we have never charged a £250 administration fee for a customer to return a vehicle to us.
We have also been unable to locate any customer or vehicle on our system from the details provided with this review, so at present we cannot identify the purchase you are referring to or investigate the concerns you have raised.
We take any concerns regarding our vehicles extremely seriously and would be more than happy to look into this for you. Please contact us directly on 01509 278780 or provide us with the vehicle registration number so that we can locate the vehicle and establish exactly what has happened.
If this vehicle was purchased from FG Cars, we genuinely want the opportunity to investigate the issues you have described and work with you towards resolving the matter.
The FG Cars Team
Experience was good throughout. Left to look around unaccompanied but staff available to answer any questions.Given time alone to discuss and decide no pressure. Unfortunately after placing deposit and returning home I tried to find a bike carrier to fit but couldn't for the model. After talking to Keiron and explaining the problem he did his upmost to find a solution unfortunately one couldn't be found . It didn't work out this time but I would certainly use again and recommend the company to others.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a positive review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We're really pleased to hear that you enjoyed our relaxed, no-pressure approach and had plenty of time to look around and make your decision at your own pace.
Although it's a shame the vehicle ultimately wasn't suitable due to the bike carrier requirements, we're glad Kieran was able to do everything he could to try and find a solution for you.
We really appreciate your understanding, recommendation and kind words.
Hopefully we can help you find the right vehicle next time, and we'd be delighted to welcome you back to FG Cars in the future! 🚗
