Basically same experience as others, ordered and paid, no communication, ignores emails, no updates on orders, all you get is its waiting on a courier. time to get the bank to deal with it and get the money back.PS they are clearly fake 5 star reviews, and Jess is a fake ai bot... they just use it to hide behind. dont waste our money!!!

Disgraceful company. I will be launching action with consumer affairs as I have not received my order after 6 weeks. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number anywhere on there website or socials to get in contact with them

Placed order in june 2025, it’s now August 2026. We are missing items have been promised multiple times it would be sent. Still nothing received 1 year later. Would not purchase from again. Just promises

Well where do I start. Purchased shirts off this company. Took well over the guaranteed time an only after contacting the company on multiple occasions did the first order arrive. Then placed a second order hoping the first experience was just unlucky. But no. Tool even longer again. Was only after a negative review that the order was finally shipped. Then after the review was written, was offered a $30 store credit for the hassle. So. Removed the review, used the store credit ordered some hats. Well.. guess what. Still waiting well over the agreed time again.

Do not use this company! I’ve filed complaint with ACCC & NSW Fair Trading. Paid March 2026, as of end of June not even half my order has arrived. What did arrive was terrible quality and not to size. They are now refusing to reply to emails.
SCAM company!

Ordered November 2025, received first partial delivery February 2026 but only after contacting customer service, after several contact attempts via email and social media they sent another portion of our order and then we were blocked on social media and now still have undelivered items. A complaint to ACCC has been lodged.

My first experience with this company was terrible. You can read my first review. Printofy then reached out and offered me a "gesture of good will" via email in September 2025. To date, nothing has been actually offered to me.
I wrote a long email to them once I finally received my goods (months after ordering and several emails to Fair Trading) and I foolishly said I would try them one more time since they tell the system has been updated.

So I placed another order - ORDER #7772367 - on12-12-2025 for several Caps and a sports singlet.

The automated ETD during sale period isn't valid due to holidays, as we were closed from the 23rd Dec to 11th Jan and have reopened fully today.
Nonetheless, the headwear looks completed, will get the singlet checked at the warehouse and update the eta shortly.
You should receive the merch this week only.

I won't bore you with the next 10 emails and 2 messenger messages which have resulted in NO GOODS and NO REFUND

Over 6 months and these clowns can not even deliver a couple of caps and a singlet. After several requests for a refund, I am still out of pocket.

NEVER EVER use this company. Happy to provide more correspondence if you require more proof.

Ordered seven weeks ago and still waiting for a $500 order to be delivered. Do not answer emails. I have now had to challenge my credit card fee.

MASSIVE Disappointment.
We ordered about 200 tshirts Late October 2025. We brought it on the day they were have a big sale and if you sent over X amount you got a free coffee machine etc. First response they didn’t have the same colour for all sizes so we had to change the kids tees, ok fine. Then they didn’t have the correct sizing for the kids tees, so we either had to go 1 up or 1 size down, ok fine. We gave them at least 6 weeks to do the order. Came to the point where on the last day before we needed them to fly out of Aussie they arrived. Great. We checked the orders only half were there, even while been told the orders were both shipped at the same time. We flew out of the country and had to get my brother to send it over to us in NZ during Xmas time. The day of the reunion we finally got the remaining tees or so we thought, we were missing some. So people had to miss out and there was nothing we could do. From dec 2025 to date April 2026 we are still waiting on the remaining tees or a refund. It took them 3 months to respond back to us and we still have no answer. Lastly the “free coffee machine” what a scam we were told only if we gave them a 5 star review they would send us the coffee machine. What a load of rubbish.
Only thing good about the order was the online sales assistance Jess that tried to help us. What an ordeal. Just don’t use these guys, pay a bit more to get your products and no headache

Run Everyone Run. Do not use these criminals. I ordered a dozen or so printed t-shirts on Jan 18. Told it would be a few weeks to print then a week for delivery. Contacted them seven times to get an update and a tracking number. Told each time it is only 4-5 days away. Threatened to claim refund on April 8 and they have gone silent. Do not use this scam organisation.

Lack of responses after several emails, instead of providing a tracking number or proof of dispatch, I’ve only been given vague updates and excuses about “stock issues at the warehouse.” I was told to expect delivery within 7 business days, but there is still no confirmation the order has even been sent.
Offering free items to make up for the delay doesn’t fix the core issue — I paid for products that haven’t been delivered.
At this point, I’ve had to request a full refund as I’m no longer confident the order will arrive.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering unless you’re prepared for long delays and lack of transparency.

They did not deliver my order. Said it was damaged in the warehouse. Promised to send new items with more as an apology, but these never arrived either. Then they said I would be refunded. But I never received a refund.

Do not do bussiness with this company.
They will tell you, that your order was held up at the warehouse.
I ordered 11 hats on 25th December. it is now the 17th of April, and i am still being told that the warehouse are dispatching them, and i will receive them this week. i have multipul emails over the last 2 months, with the same reply.

Our university society paid $2037.75 to PrintOFY (operated by Aariz Industries Pty Ltd) for merchandise, and we never received the products.

Communication was extremely poor. We were only given a contact named “Jessica,” and when we asked for a full name or phone number, none was provided.

When we tried to follow up about our order, the responses we received were dismissive and provided no real updates. Our student society ended up losing over $2000 and dealing with unnecessary financial and administrative stress. We never got the product despite three fake "delivery estimates". Since then, PrintOFY has cut off contact. They ignore every message.

Paid in full, no products delivered, and very poor communication. Do not purchase anything from this company.

The worst company I have ever engaged. Very poor to zero communication, ordered products in November 2025 still waiting on balance of order to be delivered. Multiple times I have been lied to about the status of the order. When you do get replies the response is short and abrupt. If I could give a negative rating it would be negative 5 stars. Do yourself a favour and purchase products from another company.

Ordered a product - intended as a tester for a future run - in November. Come January I have not received my item. I email Printofy and they tell me that it will be posted the next day and to expect a tracking number the next day.

Mid-February I still have not received the tracking number, let alone the item. I contact them again and get no response for another week. Will be charging back my payment.

Scam site, steer clear!

Ordered x50 T-shirts 21/11/2025 with a shipment date of 19/12/2025, multiple follow-ups since with various excuses (often contradicting the last)
Now I have requested a refund they have gone silent.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I simply do not understand why your communication is well below an acceptable standard.

We ordered 100+ shirts in different sizes and let them know we needed it within 4 weeks b/c we needed them overseas for an event. Most of them arrived a few days before we left. A few arrived the day after so we had to express send it o/s. We then realised we were missing a few shirts and have had to follow up. However, Jess was in communication with us the whole time and helped us follow up with the warehouse whenever there was an issue. Everyone was happy with the quality of the tee shirts too which was a bonus.
