The ink was shipped quickly and the quality was great. Price was much lower than brand name.

The color isn't great, mostly blue and the black isn't real dark. I hope that the other 3 that I ordered are better than the first one.

Can't complain with my service, they charged very little for the cartridges I got and were really nice and fast. I was refilling an older Canon printer, had no issues at all.

I'm pretty happy with their service. At first, I checked trustpilot some reviews about them but they proved me wrong. My order came at the date range they have told me. I find their products cheap too but in good shape. I'm pretty happy with the transaction I made.

It took a very long time for my order to arrive. Tracking showed it was stuck in one location for a week....but then found out it wasn't coming by usps...but DHL, when I ordered thru HP delivery was in next day...if i chose it

The black ink carriage was not unusable and needs to be returned.

The cartridges were at a great price, and turnaround was pretty quick. It was an easy process finding the cartridges for my printer and getting them ordered. What is the icing on the cake? They worked! They worked well!

It's great to be able to order my printing ink on line. My request has always been filled in a timely manor by Printerink and Tracking the shipment is a plus.. I have always used Printerink since finding them .

I was a little skeptical to buy ink that was not direct from the manufacturer, but this turned out to be a very smart move.
