PRICEBEAT TRAVEL Anmeldelser

I booked my tickets with Price Beat Travel for the month of May but due to this Pandemic and Government ban i was not able to travel so they helped me out to get my money back for the booking that i made with them and they were very helpful and kind to help me for my booking .Great experience to work with Price Beat Travel. Thanks for your help.

Just bought two tickets through their home page. They even called me to confirm the booking, then login to airline home page, I could see my booking is there. Anyway, good customer service offered by Pravin!

I got a outstanding service with Price Beat Travel. Thanks to Tania for her excellent service. She offered great customer service by being very efficient through her emails. It was all booked, paid and E-Tickets issued in a matter of half an hour. She also helped me to change my travel date at my request. Thank you very much!

Thanks for the job you guys are doing for all of us”delhi to sydney group”. You all are doing hardwork to bring us home.. big thanks to you guys.. god bless u all.

They are ripping people off and I will be speaking with the media about them. Don't trust them. They have no respect for Indians. If you don't believe me check the reviews. They only respond to white sounding names. Get ready to see them on aca soon

Poor buggers, do not go with them. Bunch of Stupid people running a rubbish business. Low life agent just ripping the money. Thank you for your bad service. Never want to see you
Good luck

Terrible. Don’t book through them. In unfortunate event u want to cancel or change they make excuses and u loose ur money. Go online instead

Terrible excuse for a travel agency - let alone a business. We booked a flight that we had to cancel. Asked for a quote of the refund amount to be emailed. Waited 5 months for a refund and was told it would be 80% less! Had to threaten legal action and going to the ACCC. After several harried phone calls - finally got our money back.

Stay away from them like the PLAGUE!

Pathetic team of jokers. They say that they are in Melbourne and Sydney and they are based in a village in India. They dont know how to speak English and pathetic service. Never book with them.

Worst customer service if you want to make changes to your itinerary. Booking online is cheaper than booking from pricebeat. Don’t have minimum common sense to talk with existing customer I experienced one of the worst behaviour, very harsh. I don’t recommend pricebeat to anybody. I request all the people don’t get trapped here. Go with online booking, you have many options.

Cheap price = Terrible service. Don't expect any service if you want to make changes to your itinerary. Once they have got your money, you are pretty much on your own.

Very happy with the service provided by Alka Tripathi

It would appear that this company does not practice good business principles. I booked a trip to Singapore and in the payment schedule it states 0%for Visa debit the invoice shows a $30.05 card charge. Contacting them I was told that was a charge by the airline. I persisted and was advised by Johny that the charge would be refunded. I have now contacted them 6 times and when ever I ring Johny is never available. I spoke with one person whose english I was unable to under stand, when I asked to be connected to someone I could understand she promptly hung up. I have also emailed the with no result. I have now lodged a formal complaint with NSW fair trading. fine number 985497 refers.

Price beat gave me a good price for 7 days travel to Bengaluru, India.

The only issue here was to get hold of the agent who helped you initially. They are all very busy and on call all the time so getting hold of the same agent is hard, but they do give back a call to you.

Niraj from Price beat was the one who helped me with tickets and he was good.
I recommend Price beat if you are ready to wait for your tickets to be issued as It is a long process.
