Evri messed up my order and lost it so reached out to pretty lavish and they raised and issue with them and Evri still cannot find it. So Andi at pretty lavish has kindly sent my order out to me on a free next day delivery and also refunded my delivery charge.

Almost 1 month a go i placed an order…
Almost 1 month a go i placed an order with Pretty Lavish, having not used the company before, 28 October 2025. The value of the order was approximately £100. I understand that this review is partly reflected on the courier Evri but also on pretty lavish. As of the 20 November 2025, i have neither received my order or a refund or return. My address has the potential for two postcodes as i live in a new development, the pretty lavish website would only allow me to select the lesser used protocol, i've had no issues with deliveries before. I updated Evri as soon as there was any confusion around the postcode and they said they would re-deliver. At this time i contacted pretty lavish, who also said everything was fine, they reached out to the courier. I have now asked twice for a refund/ for the parcel to be re-directed back to Pretty Lavish as it appears it will never be delivered. However, the Pretty Lavish still continue to say the parcel will be delivered. I don't understand why they can't offer a refund for goods not provided. As a first time user, i'm not impressed.

I always go back to pretty lavish for special occasion dresses or knitwear as the quality is so good. I recently had to return one item due to sizing but I left it too late over the returns policy. Pretty lavish were able to offer me a voucher so that I can buy the correct size which was much appreciated!

Fantastic Customer Service!
This was my first time ordering and needing to use the customer service system as I had an issue with my return. All staff that I spoke to were super helpful, really understanding and it was so refreshing to have a customer service team be so open to listening, empathetic and kind and I know I will be keen to order more following the kindness I was shown by CS staff. Plus the jumper I ordered was gorgeous!

Outdated delivery and returns fees
Outdated delivery and returns fees. For a purely online company I don’t understand how you can charge for returns?? All other companies that charge for returns have an option for in store returns. It’s not ‘to save the environment’ either because I tried to put 2 orders of returns in one box and was refused.
Why give customers free delivery over £150 when that probably means customers have ordered more than 1 size?

Fantastic customer service! I accidentally clicked standard delivery for a dress I need for a wedding tomorrow and contacted PL immediately outside their working hours. By 7.45am today they had read my message, sent me a request to pay the extra for the next day delivery and responded to my message. After ordering the wrong size
After ordering the wrong size, the lovely Hannah helped me very very quickly! I submitted my query at 10 to 8 at night, outwith their working hours and had a response by 20 past 9 the following morning which I was really impressed with. Everything received is always of the highest of quality it’s my favourite place to get all my knitwear from.

Some issues
Disappointing at first: Firstly their currier delivered my item to wrong address, emailed prettylavish customer service - no answer. Finally found where it’s been delivered which was completely different street. Opened my item and noticed that dress has stain on a side like someone had already worn it (grossed out a bit) Emailed again advising all with pictures and descriptions. They finally replied asking to submit same info. Emailed again…. Received answer 2days later that I haven’t replied to their ticket. I emailed again - no answer…. Almost 2 weeks from paying for item and no resolution.
Update : after back and forward for quite some time issue has been resolved and I can finally enjoy my purchase which is lovely after all, shame this happened but thank you for getting it done.
