I messaged the Pretty Lavish Instagram account as a long shot as I found a dress I had fallen in love with for my evening dress at my wedding and it was no longer being sold and not returning in stock, I had looked at all other retailers as well and no luck. I got a response within 24 hours from Saffie on the Instagram account who found me a sample of the dress in the office IN MY SIZE and arranged for me to buy it and ship it to me !! Amazing service thank you Saffie 🤍

Recently placed an order and didn’t realise at the time my email address was incorrect. I contacted customer services and got a response from Billie, AI assistant advising a member of the team would contact me during working hours. The next day Kiera located my order, corrected the spelling mistake and sent me a new confirmation email. Customer service is paramount to any business and Pretty Lavish are spot on, thank you!

Helpful customer service especially Kiera! I received my order with a slight issue. The dress itself is gorgeous and of good quality. There was a rip in the seam, I contacted customer service and got out in touch with Kiera who was extremely helpful and understanding. The issue was resolved in a matter of days and I’m really happy with the service.

Lovely clothes but let down by the slow delivery times. I returned an item nearly two weeks ago for an exchange and still to receive the replacement! Another order made and still waiting.... why can other companies deliver next day and yet this company take ages. The replacement i ordered was a vest top so wont be needed by the time it arrives!

Disappointing first time shopping with…
Disappointing first time shopping with them. I bought dresses which weren’t the right fit and sent them back in the EXACT same condition I received them. They then rejected the return and sent the items back to me and haven’t explained why. I sent them back within the timeframe, all tags on, no marks and condition exactly as I received. I should not be paying for dresses I sent back in perfect condition. Terrible!

Don’t recommend getting a gift card…
Don’t recommend getting a gift card from them as a return option. You will be stuck in a loop hole and loose money, tried ordering using this and had to pay some money off a bank card to do difference, unfortunately nothing fits, so I did a return I thought it would go to bank so it’s not back and forth, but it goes only back to gift card you don’t get choice of the difference if goes to bank card or gift card, and most ironic thing is less money has been transferred back to the gift card than what was originally on it because of return charge and other fees. Really not ideal because then you are stuck in a loop hoping something will look good but if not you will just loose money each time! Just writing this review so others understand nature of gift card and if future reference pay part gift card and part bank they favour the return first on the gift card and you don’t get a say!

We’re sorry for the confusion around refunds when an order is paid for using a gift card and another payment method.
Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method(s) used for the order. As the gift card represents store credit rather than a monetary payment, any amount paid using a gift card can only be refunded back to that gift card. Where an order is paid partly by gift card and partly by another payment method, the refund is allocated back to the original payment method(s) accordingly.

Tried to return both dresses from my…
Tried to return both dresses from my order, requested QR code on the Wednesday, this never arrived in my inbox or spam folder. Thursday morning I contacted pretty lavish- unable to speak to anyone other than a AI bot who advised to check my spam/junk folder. I replied to say I had already done this and to request a new QR code as I was aware I was already on day 10 out of 14 for returning the items. It is now Friday evening and I've still had nothing. I cannot request a new QR code as it says this has already been requested! No way of contacting anyone by phone and with an email reply that says 2 working days for a response! Very poor customer service, especially when returns are so expensive! I would appreciate a swift response to resolve this matter so I can get a full refund. Thank you.

Although my dress was not the right sizing for me, the delivery was very fast, and the return was made easy. During the return there was a slight delay, but from contacting very helpful Kiera, I was able to get my money back very quickly after contacting!
