Customer service saved the day!
I’ve always been a big fan of the brand but even more so after the wonderful Kiera fast tracked my order so my dress would arrive in time for my twins christening (typical mum that left her own outfit to the last minute!).
The speed of the customer service was amazing, honestly faultless.
Plus, I got some lovely comments on how beautiful the dress was!

I’ve been really impressed with the exceptional customer service from Pretty Lavish and am incredibly grateful for their help with a package that was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address by the postal service. As soon as I informed them of the issue, they arranged a full refund within just one working week.
Their team was responsive, understanding, and genuinely willing to help, even though the mistake was not theirs. I truly appreciate the support I received and will happily continue purchasing beautiful dresses from Pretty Lavish, especially knowing how outstanding their customer service is :)

Two lovely dresses, diet and returns with Customer Services help
Bought two dresses. Absolutely lovely but returned them because a diet (happily) is successfully shedding weight. So customer services very helpfully advised and helped the return process. They kept in touch and when sickness delayed my ability to take package to PO they were very accommodating. Five well deserved stars to Customer Services.

Excellent customer service!!
I got a dress for a wedding I am attending and the zip was broken but I loved the dress! I emailed them and they got back to me quickly and let me return my dress for free! I really wanted the dress so I reordered it anyway!! They offer such beautiful clothes and are so inclusive with sizing! I will be recommending Pretty Lavish to everyone!

Yet again the sizes are completely…
Yet again the sizes are completely inconsistent. One item in size 10 is massive another one tight, it’s ridiculous. On top of that they charge ridiculous amount for returns which quite frankly, should be covered by them when they get sizing so wrong.

I ordered a few dresses, all of them were very low quality - not what you’d expect for those prices.
The dresses are basically the quality you’d get from Wish/Temu/Aliexpress.
And you also have to pay for returns of this trash.
Do not recommend.

Not great
Very bad service so far, which is a shame. I ordered 3 dresses which were not delivered to my address! Now they’re delaying refunding me by fobbing me off telling me the delivery company needs this form signed. I clearly signed it correctly, and then scanned it over… not acceptable apparently?! Ridiculous. Can’t even tell me clearly what else is required. My contract and order were with Pretty Lavish. I’m absolutely discussed so far with this company. Avoid! Customer service is NOT good. I have clearly sent a photo of the image I received from the delivery company which was a photo of nothing!!!! Still no refund. 3 dresses down & no refund.

Above and beyond
I emailed customer service to ask if a particular dress in a particular colour was coming back into stock in 3 different sizes. A supervisor called Chantelle replied back and unfortunately they were not due to be restocked. However, from this email Chantelle went above and beyond, locating any other dresses at head office that in the colour I wanted, sending me photos etc. and sending them out. I really really appreciated this as I had been looking for ages for the right colour for my bridesmaids dresses! I've had a great experience with Pretty Lavish and would definitely shop here again and recommend!

I was looking for a dress for a wedding. The dresses from Pretty Lavish were lovely quality and fitted well but what I wanted to include in my review was about the fabulous customer service I received. I needed to contact customer services due to accidentally returning a dress I meant to keep and Chantelle went above and beyond to help me. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for companies anymore but Pretty Lavish were amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience
While their customer service team are great communicators, the entire returns and refund process is quite horrendous. It takes days for item to arrive back, then you have to wait a further “up to 7” days for them to process and then when it is processed it states can take up to 10 days, I am fairly certain my moaning and pestering is why I got my refund sorted today instead of waiting another 10 days. As I mentioned to the team members if all their waits add up and actually take that long it’s 23 days! “Working days” for a refund! I just think online shopping proves itself as a bad experience again with this. Further to this deduction of postage, when as a customer you already paid postage is a bad deal and I would be annoyed to pay for my return and for the fact it took end to end 10+ days for me.
Stick to shopping in person and don’t waist your time ordering the yellow halter dress, quality was reminiscent of Shein and boohoo DEFINITELY not worth the £90+ price tag, front seam wasn’t even straight and bust cups wonky.

Our returns and refund timelines can vary depending on factors such as customer location and transit times. On average, the full process—from posting a return to receiving funds—takes around 10 working days.
While we advise refunds can take up to 10 days for funds to clear, this is to account for variations with banks, and in many cases it is completed sooner.

Amazing Customer Service
I made an error in my order as I was ordering a dress i've had my eye on for a long time which had come back in stock (the previous time I missed out as I took too long to enter my card details). I contacted customer service to update the sender name and apply the welcome code I missed out on due to desperately trying to check out. CS team went above an beyond in only half a day to rectify my mistake of their own kindness. Happy to support a brand like this who puts customer experience first over sales - lots of brands could learn from this!
