So disappointed with Pretty Lavish
So disappointed with Pretty Lavish. I ordered a dress on the 4 July paying for next day delivery, it has still not been sent and it is the 9 July. I’ve contacted customer service and have not received a response. This dress was for a wedding and I have reservations it will arrive. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering, this is my first order with PL and will not be ordering again. I would like an update from PL as to whether my order which has been paid for will ever be sent to me. If not I would like a refund. I will never be ordering from this company again.

The pretty lavish experience is always seemless! The staff are always so helpful and positive especially at the sample sales where it’s extremely busy. The vibe is fantastic and I would highly recommend. More so the quality of their pieces is timeless and defiantly worth the investment
