He fights your corner well, does all the heavy lifting and knows when and when not to push, to get it over the line. Will definitely be using Chris again in three years time..!

We used Prestige's services for a bridge loan on a new house purchase. Ivan Hughes was our broker, and to say he was incredible would be an understatement. Bridge arrangements are typically a long , difficult and drawn-out process; what Ivan managed over a few weeks would normally take months. He went above and beyond, even responding to requests out of hours and taking calls at the weekend, keeping mine and my wife’s stress levels manageable. I don’t believe we would have managed to get everything over the line by the chain deadlines without him, and I can’t thank him enough.
