Gary was our mortgage advisor and he has been great! As first-time buyers, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor. He has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. At the beginning the whole process naturally felt overwhelming, but he explained everything clearly, gave us great advice, and made the whole process feel so much less.

Communication was so easy and convenient, especially being able to a use WhatsApp group. It made everything feel quick, straightforward, and much more relaxed compared to formal emails all the time. No matter the time of day, he was always happy to help and kept everything moving quickly for us. We’ve felt really supported throughout the whole process and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was very impressed by the thorough and patient approach in the service provided to me by Gary and Ed in Prestige Private Finance during my remortgage and onward purchase process. I can’t recommend Ed Stephenson highly enough. He was my mortgage broker for my new home, which I moved into just before Christmas, and he made what could have been a very stressful process feel straightforward and well-controlled from start to finish.

Jonathan had to dedicate many hours to find a product that could fit our profile, but in the end he managed to find just one and we went with them.
He was very supportive through the process and always replied quickly to any queries.

Peter Dickinson was the most helpful stakeholder in the entire transaction (as you'd expect, the solicitors always fall short!). He took the time to understand what I'm looking to buy, my finances and preferences for the repayment. My property is rather small and not all the lenders are willing to mortgage it. Pete found the best mortgage on the market and also nudged the Estate Agents to speed up the process from their end when it slowed down. Due to a big delay from my solicitors side, we nearly missed the mortgage expiry date and that put the transaction at risk. Pete was super responsive and very helpful in arranging an extension with the bank and making sure everything is ready for completion. Thanks Pete! Will be a few years till my next property but more than happy to work with you again.

We used Prestige's services for a bridge loan on a new house purchase. Ivan Hughes was our broker, and to say he was incredible would be an understatement. Bridge arrangements are typically a long , difficult and drawn-out process; what Ivan managed over a few weeks would normally take months. He went above and beyond, even responding to requests out of hours and taking calls at the weekend, keeping mine and my wife’s stress levels manageable. I don’t believe we would have managed to get everything over the line by the chain deadlines without him, and I can’t thank him enough.
