Top class service.
I came across this serice by chance when I saw them cleaning the neighbours windows.
Went online, found them and booked. So pleased that I did.
Absolutely brilliant service. Not been in my house long and I don’t think the previous owners bothered cleaning inside or out.
Now it’s like I have a totally different view. Yes there are a few streaks but that’s only to be expected when the windows have probably never been cleaned before. More than happy with the service and of course the price!
Talking of which, payment is done quickly and easily online.

Signed up and waited weeks for an appointment. It was then scheduled for this afternoon, but no timescale given.
Needless to say no one turned up, what a surprise on a Friday of the bank holiday.
Tried to call a few times doesnt even let you queue just asks you to leave a message and no one called me back. Can't speak to a real person online just a bot.
I will not be rebooking just to be let down again.

Hi Amy, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait for an appointment, only to feel like you’ve been left waiting without any communication, especially when you’ve tried to contact us for an update. We’d really like the opportunity to look into what happened here, as this isn’t the experience we want for our customers. We’ve passed your comments over to our Customer Care Team so they can investigate the missed appointment and the contact attempts you’ve made. If you’re happy to provide your name and postcode, we can make sure they’re looking into the correct account and can get back to you directly. Thanks Preen & Clean
Not efficient/professional
First of all we were not notified that they had arrived as he said he knocked on instead of ringing the bell. Upstairs window ledge still dirty after cleaning. In addition back windows could not be done as operative said that he couldn't take hose through garage and utility room to the back of house.

Hi Jeanette, thanks for taking the time to explain what happened. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the service. Our operatives should make every reasonable effort to let customers know when they arrive, so we understand your frustration regarding the doorbell. In relation to the upstairs window ledge, this isn’t the standard we expect, and we’ve passed your comments to our Customer Care Team to look into. Regarding the rear windows, our operatives aren’t permitted to take hoses through properties, including garages and utility rooms, due to our insurance and health & safety requirements. We appreciate this may be frustrating, but these guidelines are in place to protect both our customers and our team. Our Customer Care Team will review the concerns raised and look into the visit further. Thanks, Preen & Clean

I can actually see out of my windows again! They are looking bright and clear after Chris cleaned them. Chris was professional and friendly with a smile and very polite. He didn't take long to clean them, considering they are all the small square panes but he took care and did a good job. I'm very pleased and a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend your service, it was easy to book online and I was kept informed by text and email when the windows would be cleaned. Happy customer!

Hi Mohammed, Thanks for raising this. We’re sorry to hear about the repeated changes to your scheduled date. We’ve passed this over to our Customer Care Team, who are looking into what’s happened.
Unfortunately, issues outside of our control can sometimes affect schedules, and while we always aim to keep customers updated, we appreciate how frustrating repeated changes can be. We’re only human, and things don’t always go exactly to plan but we do want to understand what’s happened here and make sure it’s looked into properly. Kind Regards, Preen & Clean
Leon from Preen & Clean did an…
Leon from Preen & Clean did an absolutely cracking job today — honestly, the best window clean I’ve had since using this company over the last 3 months! 👏🏼
He stayed longer than he probably should have and properly scrubbed the windows, going above and beyond to get them looking clean. My husband spoke to him beforehand and explained just how filthy they were, and Leon really took it on board and worked so hard to put things right.
I’ll be completely honest, I was giving Preen & Clean this clean as a last chance and it was going to determine whether I continued using them. Last month, the lads who cleaned the windows had to come back three times in one week because they were still filthy — and even after the third visit, they still weren’t properly clean, which was really disappointing.
But Leon has completely turned that around today. He’s saved Preen & Clean a customer, and I’m genuinely really impressed with the effort he put in. Sometimes it’s simply about taking pride in your work, and Leon definitely did that today.
Thank you, Leon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi Keeley, Thank you so much for such a brilliant review! It’s fantastic to hear that Leon went above and beyond and has completely turned things around for you. We’ll make sure he knows just how much his hard work and pride in his work has been appreciated.
We’ve also passed your lovely feedback on to Leon’s Area Manager so he can get the recognition he deserves.
We’re really pleased to have been given the chance to put things right and, most importantly, to have saved you as a customer. Thank you for giving us that last chance and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. Thanks, Preen & Clean

Always Preen Always Clean
This is the second time I am using Preen & Clean service as we recently moved to a new house. These guys are fantastic. They are on time, spot on, polite and trustworthy to treat your house as their own. Cleaning is thorough, the jobs promised are real tasks they remember every time even when somebody else is covering the area for their colleague. A great example of professional team and brilliant entrepreneurial business model with high quality and standards. Will not change.
