Bought a focus in October last year..had nothing but problems with it and the customer service is rather shocking..the car was in an accident recently which since has been declared a write off..and guess what..the car has been a write off before which was never declared in the sale. Would never use these and would definitely not recommend this group to anyone when buying a car

I bought a car here on 23rd February 2026, en-route home warning lights flashed up on the dash, called Precision and they collected the car the following day and then returned 4 days later. 4 days after being returned the same warning lights reappeared, car collected on 10th March, I never saw the car again until 23th June, after they carried out several attempted repairs themselves and eventually sending it to Ford 3 times before it was returned supposedlyfixed. The day after it was returned the same warning light flashed up again whilst out on a long journey. It was at this point I decided to reject the car under the consumer rights act but Precision refused the rejection. Because of this I got the AA mediation team involved, but after numerous weeks with no joy I had to get solicitors involved. Precision very rarely returned calls as promised or answered emails. On a more positive note a new manager started and this issue was sorted out within a day and a full refund was issued on 4th October 2026.

I purchased a BMW m140i from precision motor group in July 2026 , booked an appointment and drove from Manchester to collect the car .When I got there the car hadn't been mot'd or cleaned and I wasted a journey from Manchester . I asked for the car to be delivered by truck which they agreed to , after a week of waiting they said they could only drive it up which they did . Then in the first month of ownership it started going into limp mode and blowing smoke out the back, that's when I took it to BMW in Manchester ,and the senior mechanic said they had over torqued one of the injectors into the block and his words were everywhere i looked at in the engine had been messed with and it was clearly a problem that they had previously tried to fix . They don't answer messages or and just denied liability and now its going to take ages to get my money back

Since discovering this company I have not considered taking my car anywhere else. Courteous, considerate, professional and accommodating are a few of the words I would use to describe my experience. Nothing is to much trouble. Whether it is booking a major service or popping in for advice about a particular noise. I recommend this company 100%.

Went down on the off chance of viewing some cars was greeted with a coffee and a very understanding salesman called Mike who was very patient at 78 years old I’m not the quickest would definitely recommend not pushy at all.

Very friendly and professional description matches with the car and my wife is happy thanks to all

Where to even start with this company!!!

Purchased a bmw x3 from this dealer, full mot just passed no advisories, looked good, I’ll take it after a test drive, within 3 weeks it has had issues with the rear differential seals had failed leaking oil everywhere, the vehicle is now shaking at 40mph, contacted the warranty company which was non existent, got In touch with the finance company and emailed the dealer back in may, the usual response, yes we will fix it and arrange a collection and drop a courtesy vehicle, great I’m getting somewhere, waited all of may, no contact, got in touch with finance company who then responded there was no courtesy vehicle, that’s fine just fix the car, again no contact, all of June no contact, back and forth from the finance company all on false promises, now still and we’re in July, still no contact from the dealer, I did however get another email from the finance company this week, the vehicle is being collected by the dealer…brilliant I thought…you guessed it..no contact, I’ve gone to the point of getting a quote from my local bmw garage and the company refuses to pay for the labour charges, enough is enough, a claim raised with the financial ombudsman and every single email text everything sent to them, you have your piece of sh*t back, this company doesn’t seem to understand of what “treating a customer fairly “ actually means!!!!

Claim still ongoing from May, now with the ombudsman!!!

Avoid at all costs as you will be left hung high and dry.

Found car on line booked test drive dealt with Mason no pushy sales,polite,helpful,picked up car had been fully valeted and even sorted tax while in the office all in all a very good experience and pleased with the car Thank you Mason.

WOW, what a fantastic service!! I was a little unsure about how to drop and pick up car. NO PROBLEM we can pick up and drop off and that is just what they done.My M.O.T complete with certificate and Paul (he does not do problems ONLY SOLUTIONS) and Mark are wonderful to deal with.

I found this car online and booked a viewing, but when I arrived the car was dirty and covered in dust. After the test drive, no one came to speak with me and I had to find the staff myself. I was promised a valet and a service before delivery, but neither appeared to have been done. The oil looked old and the air filter was full of dust.

When I raised these issues and sent photos, I received no response. I also had to repeatedly chase them for the warranty documents. I only bought the car because I specifically wanted that model; otherwise, I would have walked away. The car itself seems good so far, but the customer service was very poor and communication was lacking throughout. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Not had direct contact with this company but I recently traded in my Mercedes GLC into the trade and came across my old car advertised but when I traded in the mileage was 105000 but car advertised at 89000 with pictures showing incorrect true mileage. Also advertised at full service history and I owned the car for 6 years and only had serviced twice. When looking at other cars on they advertised we found many that according to MOTs had only done 1000 miles in a year after last MOT. Company reported to trading standards.

At the start all seemed fine, car was collected but it had a crack in the windscreen, tyres were barely legal, the mot that it come with I would be suspect of after this!
The team were fine to deal with when speaking to me but the warranty they offer is awful!
I’ve had several problems with the car and yes it’s to be somewhat expected when buying a second hand car but honestly go elsewhere!
I also suspect it’s been in an accident and not recorded!

What can I say, from initial contact with Mason for a test drive and then going back to deal with Michael this was an amazing company to deal with, not pushy with sales which we prefer, we got finance on my husbands vehicle and returned a week later for finance on a vehicle of my own, each time was pleasant friendly and really easy to do. Got the best deals we could get so highly recommend this company!

I was a bit worried about Precision after reading mixed reviews. But I have to say my experience was fantastic. I found the staff to be super enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. In the end due to an error on the Autotrader website the Jaguar iPace I went to see was not quite right for me. (It was my bad, it was correctly described on Precision's own website.) There was no pressure, they were lovely and offered my a lift back to the station. I would not hesitate to go there again - it looks to be a great operation.

A great experience which to be honest I wasn’t expecting as I have encountered some really pushy sales people when looking elsewhere. I found what I was looking for and the financing process was straightforward. I know Michael who looked after me worked really hard to get me a competitive rate so that was much appreciated. Overall, I was really happy with whole process.

FAKE INVOICES

we came across a bmw x-drive with precision they sent us videos via whatsapp told them we have been stung in the past with cars from dealerships and they advised us the car was good with no issues. arranged drop off as we live a few hours away. 3 weeks later the car had broken down. contacted them through whatsapp they advised me to contact pinicle warranty which barely cover anything so we had to pay. broke down again last month with a different issue again warranty wouldn’t cover it so had to pay again. now the cars back in the garage with timing chain,clutch and flywheel needing to be done. we really put our trust into this company as they kept advising the car was well looked after etc, we even read the bad reviews and pointed them out to them and they said everywhere gets bad reviews which we agreed. having spent £4000 on this car in the last 4 months is a joke but felt they were no point in keep contacting them as they were saying contact the warranty and i think it’s a nightmare that they don’t cover much. i don’t think it’s fair that places buy cars and don’t inspect them to then resell them and say they have been looked after and the cars are good.
i would 100% view the car before buying and take a mechanic if you can otherwise it can end up being very costly and just a complete mess.

I'm very pleased with the car, it's in great condition, as described, and the purchase was straight forward. It's been MOTed and serviced. The car was delivered, which was a great service, though seemed a little pricey compared with other car dealers charges for this service.

I'm not pleased that the emailed request for this review was also sent to 10 other people with everyone's emails visible. Some office training is needed, so that Bcc is used instead of cc or email all. This is effectively a data breach.

I've also not received the V5C. I asked about this on delivery (no reply) and have emailed (no reply yet). So I'd hope that DVLC will be informed promptly now about the sale. It's been since 9 October (it's now 10 November) and 5 weeks is the expected time for a V5C to be received (according to DVLC).
