Tom G and Katie W have been super in helping me arrange and complete the purchase of a Tesla Model S 2019. Not pushy in any way. Flew down from Scotland and offered to pick me up as train strikes were on. Definitely recommend, fantastic experience buying from these folks!

Powerlease has clearly stated that the £199 deposit to "reserve" a car is fully refundable.

A deposit was left on 12th May, I then viewed the car (RGZ5798) on 13th and decided against purchasing it. Wrote to Powerlease on day itself (13th) and informed them of my wish to be refunded. Followed up with a phone call on 15th and another several days later.

It's the 25th today and still no refund. Called them again and apparently, Powerlease now has "no" record of the above.

This is MUPPETRY.

Please adhere to and follow through with your own policies as made known to prospective customers. This is the absolute minimum one would expect.

Update: Passing the buck onto Stripe doesn't excuse this. This was NOT made clear at the point at which a deposit was made. Other establishments do better. You can too. Use a different system etc. Don't excuse yourselves.

Really disappointed. After looking on their website and speaking to Laura’s who confirmed lots of Kia’s in stock for us to look at we arranged viewings for 2 days later. After driving sn hour to get there we discovered the cars I was interested in were not on site. Her knowledge of the stock was terrible. I didn’t feel she cared if we bought a car or not. I was supposed to be driving a car with 8.000 only to be given one 81,000 miles with panels fallen off and it was filthy. She then seemed shocked when I didn’t agree to leave a non refundable deposit or agree to buy the one I was hoping to see without viewing it. My faith in her was rock bottom. She was so vague when the cars I wanted to buy would come I didn’t trust her enough to want to buy a car from them at all. Terrible customer service!!!

Should be a straight 5 great team and real customer service I felt like customer happiness was very important to the business such a rarity and extremely appreciated
