If you bought something with a coupon code and exchange it for a different size/color you end up getting charged the full amount. Kind of a Debby downer

First off, I have been in love with every single thing I've purchased from Popflex. Every single shirt, skort, overall, bag, sock, and pant has been so quality, so obviously thoughtfully created, and so stylish. My friends, family, coworkers, and strangers can all attest to how much I gush about Popflex! This is so equally true for the ordering process, I love the app! The rewards program has been easy to follow, and helpful, and the return/exchange process is no different. I wish every company treated their customers this thoughtfully!

I think most of my closet is POPFLEX at this point. The clothes are always high quality and, with multiple inseams for most bottoms, it’s easy to find a size that works for you. Customer service has always been helpful and kind, I’ve never had an issue. There’s so many kinds of styles, there truly is something for everyone. Cassey also tries to incorporate feedback and lessons learned into designs, so the styles are always evolving.

I love a lot of their clothing. Fabric and quality is great. Some are a little too pricey in my opinion but most are worth the price. Popflex has definitely gotten better over the years and I love the inclusion of more every day clothes and not just athletic stuff. Customer service is great as well.

I buy from Popflex all the time. Returns are easy if something doesn't flatter you. The products are super, way too deliciously comfortable. It's hard to want to put on anything else. I wish sales and loyalty points could stack and there were more small band, big cup options but thrilled to be a frequent customer with them.

Only stoppede a few time but so far i love the clothes. Yes is VERY expensive but at least the clothes are good quality. And I only a few thing I want to improve. Firstly, the reward system? It nice but run out way to quickly. I like the idea of getting reward, but forcing me to buy again before 3 months. Not so girl's girl as founder try to make it look like. I think it would be better if it was every 6 months or even better the last day of the year! Secondly, no way to return if you are outside of US, hope they will find a way to do that in the further. This also led me to my next point. The app have no filter for review. So I have to scroll through so many 5 stars reviews before seeing the first 4 stars. As someone outside US I want to know what might not be good since i can't return it. Lastly, the only thing i aren't buying again is bra from there because there are nothing for bigger chest woman. It may say high impact but I still need to hold my girls to stop the bounding otherwise they hurt.

Nothing is meant as hurt or hate, but hope it would be reconsidered since the founder always say she listened to her customer.

Great customer service and product quality! I love their leggings so much, and when I accidentally ordered some items late at night, I was able to get it cancelled within 30 minutes.

The main thing I enjoy about Popflex is quality of clothes and innovation. I have bought several pieces of clothes over the past 4 years. My oldest piece of clothing is in just as good shape as when I bought it. No pilling, color loss, or deformation. I also appreciate the customer service. I never had issues when returning items and the experience is seamless and easy. The time estimates for delivery has never been off. Also I appreciate how much details they give on fit, measurements, and model information so what I order almost always fits me well.

I paid €13.95 for unlimited returns or exchanges. This ended up being a scam as, living in the EU, I later read in the very long T&Cs that I was not eligible for free exchanges. This is clearly misleading advertising. When I contacted the seller about this, they refused to refund me for this purchase and were also difficult about offering me the return label. Finally, I was sent a return label while being told I still needed to pay to return it. This ended up being untrue, but I am still feeling very annoyed at the whole experience! Especially as I followed the Popflex designer online for a long time and admired her work so did not think her website would be such a scam!

The ordering process for Popflex is so smooth and easy compared to most places I’ve shopped it’s very straightforward. I really appreciate at checkout they give you the option to purchase the unlimited returns and exchanges for $2.18. For two dollars you can keep sending back or exchanging if that’s needed and I think that’s really innovative. Their rewards system is great and I appreciate the sales they have. Everything is laid out so well at checkout it’s very straightforward, I’ve been on some websites where it just is confusing and not set up well, but Popflex does a great job with that.

I'm a loyal customer of popflex, I found out about them a little over a year ago and keep coming back for more! The app is great, easy to navigate and super user-friendly. The products are top tier quality, everything I've purchased all feel special, the material, construction, fit, unique style.. The items are worth the cost. Yes it's a bit pricey but with the reward system and occasional discounts it helps to balance my budget. I don't have anything bad to say here, great company, great products

Popflex's website has a lot of great info about each product listed, the composition, fit, as well as tips for how to size according to what type of fit you're looking for. The offering of many inseams is also a fantastic plus when ordering bottoms from Popflex. Most of the items I've bought from years ago hold up very well through years of wear and general washing. The only sign of wear may be certain colors fading or becoming more muted and some minor pilling at seams. Common items are often restocked and frequent new styles and color drops keep me coming back to the website to see what's new or newly restocked. All pieces have a good amount of photos worn by real models with real curves, offering a realistic and relatable buying experience. Many listings also explain why the creator designed the piece the way they did, including prototype sketches and personally wearing/showing the items. The connection the artist/designer has with the audience and her art is very admirable.
While I wish the spending minimum to qualify for free shipping was lower, it's not hard to wait and bundle a few items together to easily qualify for it. Check out, shipping, and returns/exchanges are hassleless. Items typically arrive within a week and a half and always packaged with care. Overall, I would absolutely recommend shopping with Popflex to anyone as long as they have the means to afford a good quality garment at a little higher than chain retail store pricing.

Shipping is fast (and free for supernova level customers!), exchanges and returns are super simple and easy, and the merchandise is always great quality! I love POPFLEX and I’ll shout it from the rooftops!

One of my favorite brands to shop from. Their CX is actually the quickest I've ever dealt with when I had a problem with my order. They were able to help me with my exchange. I almost thought it was a bot because they answered in like 3 minutes and fixed my issue. I do also love supporting an AAPI founder.

I've been a loyal PopFlex customer for years now and have genuinely loved most of their pieces due to their comfort, quality, and wide size range. Recently, I've been hit with a ton of account, customer service, and product quality issues. I'm unable to return, exchange, or purchase any products as the PopFlex team has admitted to freezing my account due to a "high volume of orders, returns, and replacement requests." For every single order I've placed, I always pay for the UNLIMITED returns and exchanges. This option is encouraged by the PopFlex team as they state, "Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit..." As stated in their returns or exchange article, which is what I've been doing. The high volume of replacement requests (which also doesn't have a posted limit) is due to one faulty product: The Daphne Corset Crop Top. No matter what color I've tried to purchase this item in, the left-side internal mesh right under where the bra pad sits is not sewn down. The bra pad falls into the waist of the garment, and the top loses its full bust support. This product still hasn't been fixed, and PopFlex is now denying my replacement requests. Their newest product, the GWTF mockneck jumpsuit in red, also arrived damaged for me on the last button on the back of the neck. I submitted yet another replacement request; it was approved, and PopFlex cancelled my replacement order with no explanation. Despite my many attempts to get clarity on how to resolve a running list of order issues, as well as the status of my account and whether or not it's permanent, the PopFlex team has decided to not respond at all or to avoid answering any direct questions. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience as I do genuinely love these products and what Cassey Ho and her company appear to stand for. Lately, the inclusivity of PopFlex's products has begun to decline. Many customers, myself included, have experienced many fit issues around the bust as Cassey seems to be making products more tailored to a smaller bust size. While she can't make everyone happy, I do wish as the sizes increased, she adjusted the product accordingly. Ultimately, I do want resolution for my unsolved orders and for a concrete answer on my account. As it stands, I don't see myself supporting PopFlex in the future as the customer service has been dismal, even while being at "Supernova" status.

The products themselves are cute. I have ordered a few pairs of sweatpants and a couple long sleeve crop tops with no issue. The Cloud Zip hoodies are a different story however. The zippers are poor quality and break quickly. I contacted customer support just tonask if they sold a replacement (I was willing to PAY to replace a defective design). They of course do not. I then asked if I could find out the zipper size, so I could order a replacement piece myself. I was told they were not able to provide that information! As if it were top secret or something! Customer service then suggested I take my two hoodies to a professional for repair. The laughable though of taking hoodies (overpriced ones at that!!) to a seamstress or tailor to just have the movable zipper part replaced!! Such an insult! I said forget it, took my best guess and ordered a replacement zipper head in a size 5...which works beautifully by the way.

I would consider buying clothing that do not have zippers if they were really cute, because the tops and sweatpants are fine, but I doubt I would ever buy a hoodie again! The hardware is cheaply made and the customer service to help remedy the issue is pathetic at best!

They should have better shipment options for Mexico. The shipping company they use isn't the best, and they lost track of my order (not Popflex fault), but they should work with a better/more responsible company. The World Cup is not an excuse when packages keep coming and going all the time with maybe a slight delay of a couple of days. The only highlight was the customer service. They solved the issue quickly and refunded me for the order. That's the only reason I give Popflex 3 stars since I can't review the clothes, but the shipping company definitely sucks.

I ordered the jeans thinking they would be good quality, and they were anything but. Had a horrible stink, flimsy fabric and awful fit. Customer service is also extremely unhelpful.

I really love everything i have received from this brand. I love the pockets on the shorts under the dresses. Everything is comfortable and sits where it should, Everything is easy to wear, unlike many other clothes i own that dont fit right or crinkle in the dryer making it a pain to wear but too expensive to just throw things out. I did have to contact customer service about the pirouette skorts "short" being longer than the skirt, i had prompt communication from the support crew, and was offered a refund or exchange.
