Since I knew about this app
Since I knew about this app, and I recommend it to everyone, I'm pretty sure at least 50 people around ne use it and all of them find it very helpful.
For me, It saved many trips. Many work opportunities, many gatherings. It made my life easier and my commute possible to places that could have been a hassle to get to.
I can't thank you enough for this amazing app, but I will keep using it and recommending it.

Helpful and beneficial for both party.
Its a good app and pretty much easy to operate for both driver and the passenger. But, they can improve more on pricing as in some scenario the cost of gas and time.

Generally amazing service to use
Generally amazing service to use, however some drivers have poor time management and add stops after you book. For the most part it’s a great platform but drivers need to be better held for accountability

Good concept and they are gradually adding features. The in app payment makes your experience with rides reliable and near flawless, but app allows people to share private contacts for in person payment prior to booking thus making it a playground for unserious and multiple adds by one individuals often by same person. Stick to drivers who accept instant booking or in app payment and you should be fine. If they can improve this loop hole it should sky rocket the value of the platform itself.

It does not work for the driver…
It does not work for the driver verification. I try to contact you with support email but No luck. The app is full of bugs. I cant invite passenger anymore. Can you please look into it?
Edit: I met each and every requirment. Even though not verified my license because of app glitch. I tried to contact support but no reply yet.

We appreciate your feedback. The "Invite Passengers" feature is currently unavailable in the app. This update was implemented to enhance security and help prevent misuse of the platform, ensuring a safer experience for everyone in our community.
Regarding driver's licence verification, all verifications are subject to our verification requirements and Terms of Service. In some cases, verification may be declined if an account does not meet these requirements or is found to be in breach of our Terms of Service.
