I’ve used the car service multiple times during my business travels in Germany and the interactions have been satisfactory, the service is easy to book, easy to adjust times/locations when needed, the service has been prompt, vehicles have been nice or at the least adequate, and price reasonable (compared to uber and taxi). I highly recommend when you need reliability and stress free business travel. Drivers are prompt, courteous and responsible. Vehicles are what you would expect from a good car service.

Die Experience von der Buchung bis zur Fahrt an sich - toll. Nutzte einen Airport Transfer von VIE in die Innenstadt. Werde das wieder nutzen. Der Fahrer war pünktlich, hatten ein gutes Gespräch während der Fahrt, sauberes Auto.

I booked the ride three days in advance for 5:15 AM, and the driver arrived five minutes early. From start to finish, the experience was excellent and definitely a few levels above a typical Uber ride.

The vehicle was comfortable, and complimentary refreshments were a nice touch. The driver was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the journey.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Seriös, pünktlich, verlässlich. Etwas teurer als die Konkurrenz, aber wenn es mit gepflegten Fahrzeugen und seriösen Fahrern sein soll, wäre das meine Empfehlung.

Excellent experience from landing to drop-off. I was welcomed with clear instructions, met at the agreed meeting point without any hassle, and enjoyed a pleasant chat during the journey. The drive was safe, smooth, and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this driver and would be happy to use the service again.

Horrible experience at London Heathrow.
Booked a meet and greet with a SixT ride after our flight into London from Amsterdam.
The driver was not at the arrivals gate waiting for us as planned, and I had to insist that he come and meet us in the terminal.
After bringing us to the car (a BMW 5 series) he promptly refused to take us, claiming that the boot had no space for luggage. We had 2 large suitcase a baby stroller that can fit into the overhead compartment of an aircraft cabin and a carry on. he then said that he would be "violating UK laws" . The driver flat out refused to consider putting the stroller in the front passenger seat. SixT then sent an email and lied saying that we were no shows and refused our refund.

The airport transfer service is excellent. The driver is punctual and the notification is as said 30 mins before the pickup time. We left a bag in the car and the driver is willing to bring it back. Thank you so much! I would recommend Sixt ride.

Hicimos dos traslados al aeropuerto de Orly y todo prefecto. Muy puntuales, chóferes muy amables y coches impolutos.

Immer pünktlich, zuverlässig und mit Stil und dabei nicht wesentlich teurer als Taxi und Co.
Klar, Öffis sind günstiger, aber in München immer ein Risiko, wenn man in der Früh zum Flughafen muss.

James was great. He not only delivered me safely round-trip, but he gave me suggestions on places to eat in Belfast, and he offered to take some pictures of me when he picked me up. Very friendly and reliable.

We used the Sixt service for pick up at the Milan airport and again for pick up at Milan train station to Milan airport. Both times the drivers were early. They communicated via WhatsApp. The cars were airconditioned, clean, very well maintained. Both were fantastic drivers making my daughter and I feel very safe in a country we hadn't been in. If you want top notch service, book car service with Sixt!

Immer wieder im Vergleich zum Taxi ein toller Service zu vertretbaren Preisen. Die Autos sind super sauber und gepflegt, teilweise sogar Luxus-Limousinen, die Fahrer sind immer pünktlich und sehr angenehm. Und der Buchungsprozess via der SIXT App ist sehr simple. Absolut empfehlenswert.
