NOT ALLOWED TO BUY A CAR FROM POOLE AUDI
Being mature enough not to hold a grudge against Poole Audi, I saw a car there and paid a deposit. The salesperson Laurent Reynolds did his best to enable me to buy the car, not aware of my past history with them until I mentioned it, just before I was about to pay the balance and collect the car.
When he called, I was told that I was persona non grata there, and they were not to sell me a car. I made the choice of asking for my cash back and sadly cancelling the sale. It shows that Poole Audi had instructions not to sell me a car again because I gave them, and rightly so, a one star rating. This rating does not reflect on the efforts of Laurent Reynolds who was great to deal with. Unfortunately the company are not, however, they can put things right by allowing me to buy the car if Mr Elms sanctions it. All it takes is a call/text/email and I can pay in full, cash. No hard feelings and my review will reflect this when/if I hear from them.
Update 8pm 7 Jan: Nothing heard from Poole Audi and they have sold the car since this review. Disappointed but not surprised as they never wanted to sell to me.

Nearly £2000 on issue to be resolved last year and now it’s back. KWIK FIT £90 same issue resolved.
Wouldn’t ever touch you again. The car is a couple of years old and even purchased from you.

Avoid Audi Poole - Dishonest and Unprofessional Service
I am deeply disappointed with my experience purchasing an Audi S5 from Audi Poole. From start to finish, the level of service was unacceptable, and their lack of honesty and professionalism has left me questioning the integrity of the dealership.
Firstly, Audi Poole failed to perform the pre-sale 149-point check that is promised with Audi Approved Used cars. The vehicle was sent out with:
• A scratch in the paintwork that wasn’t present when we paid the deposit.
• A chip in the windscreen.
• A broken heating element on the air conditioning.
• A passenger door lock that didn’t work.
• A GDPR breach, as the previous owner’s personal information and bills were left in the glove box.
These issues made it clear that the car did not undergo the promised 149-point inspection or even receive a basic valet before being handed over to us.
When we handed the car over for repairs, Audi Poole failed yet again. The door lock still didn’t work, and the previous owner’s documents were still in the glove box when the car was returned to us. To make matters worse, the car had developed a rattle, so we took it to our local Audi dealership for a second opinion.
Our local Audi garage informed us that the car was flagged as mapped/chipped (TD1), which voided the warranty that Audi Poole had assured us was in place. Not only does this violate Audi’s Approved Used Car policy, but it also constitutes a major misrepresentation of the car’s condition at the time of sale.
Audi Poole has been dishonest and unprofessional throughout this entire process. They sold us a car that should never have been marketed as Audi Approved Used and failed to address the issues we raised. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Audi Poole to think twice. Trust is essential when buying a car, and unfortunately, Audi Poole has proven themselves to be entirely untrustworthy.

Inadequate checks and service
A7 purchased 2 years old. Within 36 hours it required a litre of oil. Minimal attempts to apologise by Poole Audi. No attempt to offer me recompense.
Three weeks later Poole Audi informed me the new clutch fitted required further new parts to be fitted - in Poole. Minimal explanations - little attempt to offset inconvenience to me and 300 miles on the clock. Purchase Process - Delays in responding to my emails and difficulty in contacting my salesperson. Who also asked my former occupation on two occasions. Intrusive. Delay in car being ready for collection. It's an excellent car. Hopefully nothing else will go wrong with it.

Incredibly happy with the service received from Audi Poole.I purchased a beautiful A4 S line Estate ,I’d like to thank Hayley for being incredible throughout the entire process, friendly knowledgeable - truly professional. New car is really nice……5star…… but they lose a star at Audi Poole because they keep you waiting so long…..it’s like they think they are the only ones with stuff to do…..waits of 20 to 30 mins when picking up or dropping off car.
They lose another star because of the ridiculous price of Audi accessories….£160 for a rubber boot mat !! £450 for an Audi dashcam when the best buy in Which is a little over £100!!!!

We had seen the vehicle my wife wanted online at Poole Audi, we rang them to put a deposit down as we were away at the time and don’t even live near Poole, but it was the right vehicle.
