Very considerate while in our home
Very considerate while in our home. There were some difficulties getting the new boiler to work with the existing smart thermostat but the team stuck at it to make sure everything was working properly by the time they left.

I highly recommend On Tap Handyman. They have been doing work for me for years and I am always amazed by the diversity of what they can do and the quality of their work. I recently had a large variety of home repair / improvement done by Gavin and he did an outstanding, quick and thorough job.

Customer focus could be better
The man who came to do the quote said he'd come from Eastbourne and couldn't get away fast enough. I was promised a quote by the afternoon of a day and it didn't come until the next day. Not major issues but off-putting when you're considering a major job

Amazing service! Had two previous plumbers out who shrugged their shoulders, the friendly gentleman who came with a smile assured me 'where there's a will there's a way' immediately went and got the parts after inspecting for a few minutes and had me all set in a couple of hours. I'd been ignoring the problem for almost two years and Plumbers on Tap had me sorted in the same amount of hours! Thank you!

Consistently High standards of service and workmanship
I have used On tap for many years now and they have always been excellent , professional and efficient . I have just had numerous jobs done ,including painting , repairs , woodworking ,etc and Darren has been first class, always on time , works hard , obliging , gets the job done and does a great job - I have known him now for 8 years and he and On Tap have always delivered
