So happy with everything, will be in touch again if I need anything else doing! I called yesterday to ask about having a bay window curtain track fitted. They sent someone out the next day, which I’m so grateful for. The Handyman was amazing - arrived on time, super friendly, tidy, polite and great to talk to. Installed everything quickly and made sure the fittings were extra secure / symmetrical. Appreciate him hanging the curtains too. I really recommend if you’re looking for a reliable company / tradesman for any big/small jobs. The person I had did a great job (sorry, I forgot his name!) and he sounds really skilled & experienced in various trades. Thank you so much.

So impressed. Emailed at 8.30am about the problem with my boiler, someone was called out to us and it was all fixed by 1pm. Very speedy service!

Pleasant phone manner, managed to book a plumber for the next working day. The plumber was friendly and replaced broken toilet flushing mechanism in less than an hour. Cost was roughly what I expected.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was super helpful & informative (as always)

Communication and responsiveness from the office was good. But the person attending came at a different time from that given, which was inconvenient. I had a totally blocked kitchen drain, attended by a drainage expertly, and didn’t find his comments on resolving it entirely useful. He did spent an hour clearing the blockage with a machine, but within hours of use it had blocked again, so a very short term repair which wasn’t good money spent. The quotes then given for the ‘next attempt’ to resolve it were just too high with no guarantee of success. I found a better and cheaper solution contacting my regular plumber.

Received a booking for a quote over the phone from Ellis - what fantastic customer service!! Ellis was friendly, efficient and professional and gave great advice around the situation I was facing with my gas hob. The booking process was so smooth. Really impressed!!

We have used plumbing on tap for a number of years. From the office staff to the plumbers I always get a sense of trust and honesty whilst quoting for a job. The guys always friendly and do a quality job!

Everyone from the office to the plasterer was professional and very friendly. The plasterer has done a brilliant job on walls that were in a bad state.

Friendly, helpful and informative staff, we were kept updated from the office with when parts arrived for engineer to come back and fix new parts. Left property clean and tidy. Kept updated of costing throughout work being carried out.

Not cheap, but did a great job. Daniel jetted the gully trap and had is VERY clean and clear in no time.

Really helpful and friendly team - appreciate the quick replies and ease of booking in work. Jamie also stopped by beforehand so was able to tell the handyman exactly what was needed on the day. Would recommend and will use again!

Josh replaced three thermostat valves. He was very competent and professional in difficult circumstances as urgent work was required to water heater to find out why not working; this work was carried out by another engineer from another company. Josh was very diplomatic.
