We have been ordering from plastic freedom over the last two years and always have great service and we absolutely love the products! They have a great thing going!!

Plastic freedom has become my first choice when I need to buy things to see if there’s a plastic free option. Their range has expanded hugely since I first started using the website and is the reason that I’ve massively cut down on my plastic consumption. I’ve recommended the site so many times to friends and family when they ask me where I’ve got something that’s plastic free. I’ve always found the service to be quick and efficient and any problems are solved straight away. I would highly recommend them.

Have ordered several times throughout the years and have always had speedy plastic-free deliveries, the one time that there was an issue with my order (the wrong colour item was sent) the customer support was really helpful and fast in providing a solution, sending out a repalcement and providing a return label.

I always LOVE my orders from Plastic Freedom! This site really has the best selection of plastic-free goods, and I find all sorts of new products to swap out my end of life plastic for new plastic-free, sustainable stuff. I once had an issue where a tinted moisturiser arrived and all the gel had oozed out - and the customer service team could not have been better organising the replacement and sending a label for a free return! Brilliant customer service and brilliant products - what more could you ask for!

Love this site - super speedy delivery and opened my eyes to the world of Plastic free stuff. Love that their range is ever evolving and educating me in living better on this planet!

I put in an order for a Frank Green product on 7th Dec. I had 8 emails with promises! Today I told them how grossly useless they were. 8 lots just leading me up the path to nothing. Email number nine cancelled my order and gave me a refund - I hope. Never again! At 75 I have never had to deal with such rubbish.

Great idea but poorly executed.

Wrapping paper arrived mangled due to awful attempt at packing/protecting it. Colour looks nothing like the photos. Sealed with a sticker that rips the paper.

Sent an email to alert them to the poor product and received a reply “ I'm so sorry, your order wasn't to your expectations.”

Massive fail all round.

Review by Anonymous User I brought 2 pairs of lovely wellies costing almost £100 ! I even brought the size up knowing the sizing of wellies is strange, the size up that I brought are incredibly tight in the foot, so tight they hurt so, I contacted plastic freedom, they couldn’t care less, they won’t pay for the return postage even though the sizes are about a size and a half small and they want me to sent them back to the makers address and ask them to replace them with 2 sizes bigger than my feet, this company have my money and that’s all they wanted, now they have it they couldn’t give a damn about anything, I certainly won’t ever use them again !

Placed an order Tuesday as new customers on a 48 tracked royal mail, had email and text saying deliver for Thursday between 10am and 2pm. Then a text saying Friday 10am and 2pm. Friday today and still waiting. Send 3 emails to Plastic freedom from 2.30 and no response not even acknowledgment totally ignored. Customer Service Ummmm doubtful our company will use them again.left a review on website review and still waiting for acceptance so I have placed on here instead.

Products are great but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an issue with some liquid shampoo I bought which made my hair and my son’s look and feel awful, knotted and greasy. I emailed customer service and they sent me product information on a completely different solid shampoo saying that’s what can happen when you use plastic free products. I have used this type of product before and never had a problem.
I asked how I could return the product and get a refund haven’t heard back from them.
