I've been buying from Plastic Freedom for around 5 years now and have never had a bad product or service. The stocklist has grown so much over the years that I'm able to get nearly everything plastic free from my shopping list bar food. The service has been quick, well wrapped and they always remember to put on my postal note. Thank you Plastic Freedom!

I first found Plastic freedom at the beginning of my journey to go plastic & cruelty free and Beth was running her business from her spare room. Going plastic free can be overwhelming at first but Beth has made it so simple, always giving advice and personal recommendations. There are products for every budget and very fast delivery which is great because I’m always very last minute. My favourites are the Natural deodorant which last for ages and the Beauty Kubes for oily hair, I’ll never use anything else now.
It’s been fantastic seeing this business grow and Beth and her team help so many people help our planet. Well done guys and thank you xxx

I have shopped at plastic freedom since Beth was running it from a single room in her house so safe to say I've been around a while!!
Back when I started my plastic free journey there was nothing available to me on the high street (I live in a small village in the north east of Scotland) and very little on the internet. Plastic Freedom is an absolute wonderful haven for all things plastic free, showcasing some amazing brands I see nowhere else and it has made cutting my single use plastic usage very easy indeed.
I've tried everything from their fill products to the moohair products, the wax food wraps to their razors and everything has been great! The safety razor is going strong years later and the amount of money I've saved from making that switch is ridiculous.

Have been using Plastic Freedom from the beginning of our plastic free journey and I absolutely love the team there. These guys are so helpful, transparent and supportive to everyone on this journey. We had some issues around items missing at Christmas and the team could not have been more helpful. The delivery of these items was totally out of their hands and the company sending the items to Plastic Freedom messed them around, yet they kept us in the loop the whole time. I was offered different items, vouchers and discounts to compensate which went above and beyond! I’ve also been able to keep items when the incorrect item was sent in the past. Amazing customer service and a fantastic company!

I've been a customer for a few years, ordered a wide range of products and always found them to be great and arrive quickly. I love the ethos of this shop and it's my go to to look for new products as there are more being added all the time. Had an issue with one product in my recent order and my emails not getting through, but when I contacted them on instagram the issue was solved very promptly
