This is exactly how customer service should be.

I purchased a beauty couch from The Beauty Couch a couple of months ago and recently had a small issue with it. I called their customer service for help, and they came out the very same day—within about two hours. They fixed the problem quickly and professionally, and didn’t charge me a single penny.

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered an electric massage bed which is brilliant. It was delivered by two lovely guys who set it up within 5 minutes . They also took my old massage bed which saved me so much hassle . Highly recommend this company .

I'm a sole practitioner physiotherapist. The company was a joy to deal with, clear and simple pricing and delivery as promised. Really efficient...and I live very far up north in The Highlands of Scotland. The electric couch is first class and the stool to match does everything I want it to. Perfect length and width and patients report it's more comfortable than the one I used when renting a room. Although not as hard for patients to lie on there is no compromise in firmness as a therapist to apply manual techniques on. Also love that the head end can be raised to 90 degrees. Thankyou for a quality product and service.

Excellent product as described. Staff were polite and very helpful. Missed the 4 week delivery however a quick telephone call resolved this and an exact date was arranged. Delivery was excellent. Drivers were prompt, polite and efficient unpacked the couch and placed it as i required. Took away all packaging . Would definitely use this company again.

Prompt delivery of a quality product. However I do feel the people, my physiotherapist in my case, who recommend your product should receive some recognition. He has recommended your product to many clients.

The items arrived in pristine condition, and are entirely fit for their purpose, my only concern was that it seemed to take a while to get them sent to me. Perhaps it was a busy time in the dispatch office!

The attention to my purchase and help which was given to me by the owner was so beyond expected. He was just wonderful and I have had my old couch for many years and would go back to here time and time again.

Delivery guys were amazing and installed the couch into my treatment room, setting it up and demonstrating the operation of the electricals.

A huge thank you to you all - especially the delivery guys. You have all been absolutely amazing. Communication was brilliant and you supported me by delivering on my day off to avoid clinic disruption. The delivery men were superb and so kind and polite. I was really worried about the stairs but there was no need to be! I can't thank you enough.

Easy to order from, not a huge delivery wait time and the bed is fabulous. Sturdy and fits perfectly in my little treatment room.

Great experience. Ordering was very simple and I was contacted to arrange delivery within the estimated time. Delivery guys were really lovely too and setup was done within 10 mins. With all rubbish taken away.

Purchased an electric treatment couch from this shop, from start to finish the sale was well communicated and was a very quick delivery. The delivery itself was excellent as they carried it through too my tattoo room. This couch has been the best couch I have tattooed my clients on and have had positive feedback from every single one of my clients I have tattooed on it since its arrival.

My review was actually removed? I verified myself and yet it was removed. I guarantee any of the other negative reviews were removed too. The couch I ordered was broken, replaced, and replacement then broke again. I had someone who came out and couldn’t fix the issue. I had countless back and forths with this company, who were refusing to replace it even when under warranty. I was then promised days that they would turn up and replace the couch, and they never materialised. Eventually I got a response but it was after years of my life had been wasted over this. I would have been happy changing this review if someone had helped me, but to then have it removed by trust pilot is poor form. Trust pilot are meant to be a good company - but this is shocking!
