Disappointed is an understatement.

Ordered item over three weeks ago. Payment taken. Since then nothing! No correspondence to say where my order is.

This company is to be avoided.

I have now received a response to my email to PhysioParts and they said because if Brexit they were unable to send me the latex physio bands I'd ordered.

They said I would be refunded in 10 working days.

Truly shocking service

Thought I was buying from UK supplier as it's a .co.uk website, after weeks delay item arrived from Holland missing a UK plug and defective (buzzing noise when plugged in) after several emails to customer service was sent a return label which DPD said is invalid and won't scan. Awaiting another return label.

I've bought a XCO trainer which is nicely made and with good quality. Fast delivery and good communication experience with their customer service. Very happy with my purchase.

Do not use this company!!! Yes they delivered my parcel extremely quickly, however the size was different to what was advertised so now I am in the process of trying to send this back and get a refund. Their HQ listed on Google and their website as Twickenham UK, but I am being directed to send my parcel back to the Netherlands. I am unable to send it to The Netherlands with the courier they provide, so I am completely stuck! I do not recommend this company and hope that none of you get scammed like I have! Don't trust them, they are not based in the UK and their website doesn't have accurate listings of sizes!

Purchased beastie ball, didnt look up reviews initially. When I did I thought I lost out, but I received my package on time. Thank.you physioparts for maintaining my faith in your company.

Would not deal with then again. No good will, zero flexibility.

Probably the worst and most incompetent company ever!

I browsed their site for two sets of Body Pump kit, barbells, weights, etc., they had everything we needed so I placed the order. I got the order confirmation and it confirmed what the site said, the order would be delivered before the 14th of August.

The NEXT day, I got an email telling me some weights would not be available for a further 10 days as they were on back order.

I emailed them and they apologised but I agreed to wait.

They the FOLLOWING day, I get an email telling me my gear in won't be available until 1st October.

They take orders and payment either, not knowing their basic stock levels or knowing fine well they can't fulfill the order.

I'm STILL waiting on a refund almost FIVE DAYS later. If this is not in my bank account in the next three days, I'll be requesting a Chargeback and that carries a hefty cost to the merchant from VISA.

My advice, this company are a waste of time and cannot be trusted. They have an appalling online store and shopping experience!

Having seen previous reviews, I was a bit wary, but having just seen Physioparts manage to secure a treadmill for me far faster than any other company in the UK and most of Europe, I would have to say that the other reviews are very unfair. I thought that their communications were excellent and the product arrived sooner than expected. Excellent all round.

I ordered a Bosu ball from Physio parts and it arrived on time and was exactly what I was expecting. Would definitely recommend the product and Physioparts to anyone!

Scammers. Never sent item and wont reply to emails

I have no complaints whatsoever, I ordered 2 pieces of equipment and they were delivered within 24 hours. I didn't have to use customer services so cannot comment on them but from my experience I would highly recommend this company for very a efficient and well communicated service. Thank you.

It took them A WEEK to send me an email that the pull up bar I ordered was out of stock. It showed as “in stock” when I ordered and paid for it. Misleading and insane waste of time.

Ordered Saturday Night, had a tracking number by Monday, received my items by Wednesday, super happy with the service I ordered a kettle bell and a medicine ball.

I placed an order for a selection of kettlebells, some resistance bands and also a training mat. All of which were confirmed to be in stock and due to be delivered within a few days.

A few days after placing my order, I received a one-line email from a “customer service” agent called Nadia who said my order was being refunded due to stock limits and I would receive my money back in a week. No offer made for alternative products, never mind to see if I was wanting a refund in the first place.

Their website still shows the products I ordered as being in stock, and even lets you order them - so it seems they are still keen to take customers money….

They provide a phone number for you to contact, but when you call you reach a switchboard served by people who don’t appear to actually work for the company and are not at their premises, so cannot contact people directly. Nonetheless they are happy to take your number and say they will have one of the sales team call you back as soon as they are available….. this never happens and one customer service agent actually said via email they aren’t allowed to answer the phones.

In terms of trying to get an update or explanation on what’s happened via email, this is farcical and they company agents either ignore the emails completely or swerve the question.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company – really poor approach and extremely disappointing customer service.

Absolutely Disgusted at this company. Do not buy from them. This is the message I've had to send them thru Facebook as I cannot contact them directly.

I ordered a nebulizer on Saturday from your company unknowingly my sister in also had bought one, so Monday morning I phoned the number on my invoice to cancel it, they took all my details and order number and said they would pass the message on. I did the same on Tuesday, Wednesday and aslo today, I have tried to cancal the order. I now have had an email to say that my order will be with me in 2 - 3 days. I'm absolutely disgusted at the way this has been dealt with. Online and on the invoice it states " please phone us if you have any problems" but you don't have any staff that work for you answering the phone.
Now I have to send it back and pay for postage because you didn't have proper manned phones. My mum can't afford to have two nebulizers

i ordered a kettle bell from them. in the order it said "ships within 5 working days" on the 5th working day i got another e mail saying the item would ship within 3 working days.
i live abroad and this meant the item would arrive after i had left the uk, i phoned up wanting to cancel the order, and a very nice lady said someone from that department would call me back. i heard nothing so next day phoned again, explained again that since the item had not yet been dispatched i would like to cancel and get a refund, again i was told the person dealing with this type of situation was out but she would get them to call as soon as they came back, nobody called back again, i also e mailed at this time to which i never got a reply. i phoned a final time and explained my frustration, this time i was told i would be called back as soon as possible. guess what? nobody ever called back, i then flew back to dubai and the item arrived at my friends house a week later. where it still is. really bad customer service. and definitly wont use again
