I contacted Photobook Canada to get some help on the creation of a 8x11 inch hard covered book containing photos of birds I have taken photos of. Today I was helped by "Camile". She is knowledgeable, confident, and a pleasure to work with. There were some concerns I had going into this production ( from my end, on my lability to have it look the way I pictured it in my mind. She was able to steer me through the whole process. she did not rush me through the process and was able to guide me through the steps to complete the order and give me the confidence that the project would be to the standard that Photobook is noted for. it was a pleasant experience, and enjoyed ever minute of it. the expertise and confidence that she has and used brought a successful conclusion to the project. I never once, felt pushed, rushed, or had the feeling that it wasn't headed to the end I desired. I want to thank Photobook, and especially, Camile for making this book the exact way I had envisioned it.

I have used Photobook Canada for over 10 years, not only because of the consistently beautiful quality of their products, the incredibly fast processing times, and their rapid shipping, but especially because their help centre is truly outstanding.

BE AWARE. I ordered a couple of framed prints and a photobook from Photobook "Canada." After completing my order, I received a tracking link a couple of days later. To my surprise, I discovered that my photobook was coming from Malaysia. I was very disappointed and found this extremely misleading.

It appears some items ship from their Canadian location (Pickering), but others come from overseas, resulting in a large customs fee! I am not impressed and will not be ordering from this company again.

When I had a small quality issue with a product I ordered, Tanie was an amazing support! She listened patiently to the issue, and promptly replied with a credit (after I provided proof of the issue) and provided other helpful answers to additional questions. Thank you Tanie and Photobook for amazing customer service!

This company presents itself as a Canadian company, but it is not. They are based in Malaysia, and if you order anything from them you will also be hit with import charges. Additionally, they are charging GST but do not have a GST collection number, which means that it appears they are falsifying their GST collection status. Who knows where those funds end up is anyone's guess.

Creating a photobook of memories was so simple and the quality of the photobook was great!

J'utilise cette compagnie depuis plusieurs années, donc, avec grande satisfaction. Les livres photos et calendriers sont très bien imprimés, avec de belles couleurs et une haute définition. S'il y a un problème, le service est impeccable et très rapide. De plus , elle crédite les frais de douanes, ce qui est très appréciée.

Photobook Canada but it's coming from Malaysia??
I specifically went to a Photobook Canada site to make calendars for Christmas but end up getting a DHL notice in my email saying that the calendars are now coming from KUALA LUMPUR - MALAYSIA. How is this from Canada?? So infuriating! I should have gone with the Shutterfly US site like I have in past years. When I reviewed the Shutterfly Canada site vs the Shutterfly US site the quality does not compare. the US site uses better quality paper to create their calendars, of which I've created for my Dad for the past 10 years. My bad for going to a different site. The Shutterfly US site for these calendars I want with exchange was going to be $41 CND plus another $22 for shipping. A bit steep imo. I should have splurged, would have gotten better quality! Do disappointed, never again! Photobook Canada is now being shipped from Malaysia, the PayPal receipt was $79.85 CDN and now another $20.01 shipping for 4 calendars of 4x6 cards with a little wooden block for holding the cards. $100 CND for 4 calendars, wth??

I’ve just received my 51st photobook (Volume 1), which I made especially for my grandson.The paper quality is good and I really love PhotoBook’s design — it’s the reason I’ve been a loyal customer for so long. I hope you’ll continue to offer more creative design options in the future. Many thanks!

The interface and software are fantastic for creating a one-of-a-kind, personalized photobook. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional service. I truly appreciate how they went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied.

WARNING: unreliable shipping due to a switch to the courier company they use -hold off on purchasing from Photobook for the time being until they start using a reliable courier company.

I have been waiting for almost a month for my order of 4 family photobooks. The courier company they are currently using is ARAMEX COURIER INTERNATIONAL and Google Reviews reveal that they are an unreliable courier company (average 1.8 stars). My concern is that the courier company has lost these private and personal photobooks containing over 1000 images of our family and children.

Photobook, customers would be happy to pay more for shipping if it means their package is not lost and they aren't spending weeks and months chasing after their package. Please do better. Please find my package. Please use a different, reliable courier company.

Potential Photobook customers: I would hold off from ordering from Photobook for now until they use a courier service other than ARAMEX.

I have no idea what the final printing on my photobook looks like because I've been waiting for clarification on where the delivery is. It's been stalled for more than two weeks now and I have no idea what's happening with the delivery. The site does not provide updates on delivery, nor anticipated arrival dates. All the help I've received is useless as it doesn't appear to have any effect on the delivery.

I’m really disappointed with Photobook Canada. I ordered a photobook for my dad, thinking it would arrive quickly since it’s supposedly a Canadian company. Turns out the order ships from outside the country, which they don’t make clear at all. I chose them over other cheaper options like Vistaprint because I thought local shipping would be faster—but the shipping took forever and I didn’t get the product before my dad’s flight. They also list a Canadian address on their site, which is really misleading. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Update: I placed my order on June 26th, and it’s now been almost a month—still no product. I contacted customer service multiple times asking for a refund, but they keep offering me store credit, which is useless to me. At this point, it feels like they just don’t care about customer satisfaction. This experience has only confirmed that I won’t be ordering from them again.

well the photobookquality is good , delivery is fast considering on their cheap prices. their interface is easy and friendly. the materials they use is good.

Website is easy to use. Pricing is reasonable. Product description is clear.

Shipping is expensive and prices have recently increased post-COVID.

Also, the sizes I ordered aren't consistent. I ordered two 14' x 10' photobooks three years apart, and they are not the same size. The white imagewrap covers are also not the same shade of white.

First of all Photobook Canada is not in Canada so be aware that you will be charged shipping fees and maybe customs fees.
The customers service was very helping but they sent me the offline program to design my project which opened into the Malaysian website. I had to call them several times for all kinds of issues.
It is not clearly specified the count of the pages of a photobook. So I chose 20 pages, the designer made me fill in 20 more(so in total 20 pages back and front) and I endup with a price that was doubled+shipping+Canada taxes+more work+5 phone calls.

Have been using Photobook for years. Recently created 3 books, including my daughter’s wedding. All books had the pictures cut off on the edges. The company offered a reprint at 80% off. No thanks! Will not use their product again.

I have used Photobook Canada to develop approximately 40 books over the past 14 years and have always been very satisfied with their product. Photobook Canada is user friendly, has exceptional customer support and has a fast turnaround time for the development of the books. I have always been happy using Photobook Canada for my hobby!
