Meron na akong collection ng photobook since 2022 pa. It’s been 3 years at hindi nagbabago ang quality ng prints. Mag papa print pa ako ulit.

Delivery times?

Oh, you mean ‘give or take a couple of weeks’?

I ordered on December 16 with PREMIUM EXPRESS (4-7 days), and after 11 days of ‘anticipation,’ my order has just been sent.

Who knew waiting could be this thrilling?

Apparently, they’ve reinvented the concept of 'delivery time.'

With SF Express, it’s more like a 6-8 day adventure (nothing like the speed of DHL, but who needs that kind of efficiency anyway?).

Oh, and they gave me 410 PHP back in credit for my troubles.

How generous!

But honestly, after being led on like this, do I really want to recommend this site?

Probably not.

So, if you're thinking of ordering, just choose the free delivery option.

That way, at least you won't feel like you’re funding their 'premium' shipping experiments.

Even before I had my own family, I really admire how photobook helps me treasure memories with my love ones. I really like how convinient to use their app and site. Addition to that isa that they offer discounts which is a big help for me.

I really enjoy Photography and I think the best way to keep your pictures is to put it in Photobook. I love every Photobook I made and it is the most appreciated gift I have given to friends and relatives . Every travel/tour we did is already in Photobook and we enjoy looking at it when we reminish the sweet memories and times of our lives. Even old pictures, I put in Photobook. I started in 2014 to present.

We waited more than 10 days for the photobook to arrive. We ordered Nov 12 and it is still NOT here. I do not care of your company’s excuse of it being peak season - that is their problem to solve NOT the customers. They were not clear on the delivery process & only when we stated that Ninja Van has NOT received the parcel, they acted on it. I also prefer to talk to the Logistics Team straight not through a BOT system on Messenger.

I have been using Photobooks since 2015 and have always been satisfied with its concept, service and quality.

So happy that I have found Photobook. Affordable price yet superb quality. Thank you so much photobook for turning our pictures into great memories!
