Regret is timeless!
Don't make the same mistake I have. Trying to get a good deal or a cheap deal is the question you must ask yourself. If you want peace of mind , don't deal with this dealership. They don't call you back or offer any sort of back up service. Once the deal is done they simply ignore you until you give up trying. After spending over £6,000 with them they do not feel that it is of any importance to deal with their customer. Terrible Service, so sorry to write a review like this but I'm fed up of people not backing what they say.

The staff at Phoenix cars are all very experienced in the motor trade and gave me some great options for my car purchase. Shabir is a really nice salesman who sorted me out with a great deal on my new car. making sure that everything I requested to be done on my car was done properly. Really pleased with my new car and will definitely recommend Phoenix cars to everyone.

The follow-up from Phoenix Way Dealership has been excellent. It really is refreshing to see a team take pride in there work and reputation. I've used these guys in the past and have always been more than happy with the service. But, after an initial hiccup, these guys have really pulled through and I love the car I've bought and happy to be back with the security of their service and after-care. Thanks guys.
