Pets4Homes Anmeldelser

The Web site is user friendly. Iam looking for a Blenhime King Charles. As of yet I have not found the puppy we need . The site keeps me updated and is specific to my requirements.
It is easy to contact sellers and discuss one's needs.

I have been using Pets4Homes for many years, and it remains the most trusted classified site in the UK for me. What truly sets this platform apart is its unparalleled dedication to safety—both sellers and buyers undergo a thorough verification process. Combined with their incredibly secure and fairly organized built-in payment system, it provides total peace of mind for responsible pet lovers.
Another huge plus is their customer support. Communication is fast, easy, and highly effective whenever you need assistance.
The only aspect I would personally change is the pricing for listing boosts. Paying £50 for a 15-day boost is quite a significant amount. However, considering the unmatched security and quality of service you get in return, Pets4Homes is still second to none. Highly recommended!

Always a great range of products from food toys bedding plus they email now and then with pets that are for sale that way you know they are genuine sellers pets are well looked after.

I had a problem logging in. They sorted it for me in 24hours and maneged to find my perfect kitten. Thank you pets4homes.

Pets4Homes allows people who want to buy puppies to get in contact with those selling puppies. They don't sell puppies themselves. Many businesses selling puppies directly are dodgy, and offer puppies that have been bred to maximise profits, and not treated with the respect they deserve, so they may have behavioral problems. But getting in touch directly with trustworthy people who are offering maybe one litter a year is difficult. There are several other such agencies, but the other two we registered with appeared to have very low turnovers.

Our experience with Pets4Homes was entirely positive - though of course our thanks are also due to the sellers of the litter. It was a litter of three, they kept one pup, sold one to us, and sold one to another customer.

Pets4Homes allows you to search for your puppy (or kitten, rabbit, cichlid, etc.) by breed, age, gender, and location. When you find one you like, you can get in touch with the seller, and ask questions. If you decide to buy, you leave payment with Pets4Homes as a depoist to secure your purchase, and release it to seller when you collect. The buyer pays Pets4Homes a commission for this service, but it's well worth it.

Widely used site with lots of furry faces to choose from. Site is easy to use filtering on areas and types of dogs. I like how you can read a bit about the owners and the dogs parents too. The messaging service and secure payments and insurances give peace of mind when dealing with people you don't know.
Thank you for helping us find the newest member of our family.

We were recommended Pets4Homes and were not disappointed. Their website is most helpful linking trusted, reliable breeders with caring buyers wanting a new
pet to join the family.

Using Pets4homes made the whole experience feel organised and safe from start to finish, no need to handle money between owner & myself. Definitely recommend.

I’ve used Pets4Homes multiple times now when finding a new pet! It is super straightforward to find an animal using their search, and you can get email alerts about new hits on your search which makes identifying new ads really easy. I also highly recommend paying through the app as I didn’t realise that you get a lot of protection when bringing your new pet home, and also free insurance (which I wish I knew before I picked up my pet). Overall a great user experience and I’m a happy animal parent as a result!

Having found my dream dog, the whole process from arranging a visit to finally collection & payment, was made so much easier by Pets4homes.
Should I be in the position of wanting another dog in the future, they would be my 1st port of call.

My two-star rating is based solely on my experience with the seller and should not reflect negatively on Pets4Homes or its customer service.
The puppy, who we have since named Freddie, was advertised as being microchipped, vet-checked and vaccinated. However, when we contacted the seller on several occasions, excuses were made, and none of these things had been done. We were also told that the mother had allegedly died.
We were extremely concerned about Freddie’s welfare and felt we could not simply leave him in that situation.
I would particularly like to praise Learda at Pets4Homes, who was fantastic throughout. She contacted the seller on more than one occasion and was extremely helpful, supportive and understanding. If I were rating the customer service and support we received from Pets4Homes, it would most definitely be five stars.
Since coming home with us, Freddie has had a thorough health check, been vaccinated and microchipped. Thankfully, he is doing well and is now going to have the loving family home he deserves.
Although our experience with the seller was disappointing, I am very grateful to Learda for her help and support. I wanted to make this distinction clear because the issue was with the seller, not Pets4Homes.

Becareful using this website, i messaged a seller, was asked to pay a deposit for a puppy, unfortunatly it was a scam, i lost £300 and didnt get a puppy, the seller is still on there advertising the same puppy i have reserved.

Fantastic friendly staff always made to feel welcome keep up the great work

Weird and oddly unsettling. After several attempts to express interest in a new dog with zero responses, one seller advertising a spaniel for £950 replied and subsequently arranged for us to go see the dog at an address. When we arrived there, the name of the seller didn't correspond to the pile of parcels on the doorstep, nobody answered the door and there wasn't even a sign of life inside. This is a very small flat, no private outside space, seemed very run down and no place for a dog. When I messaged, after a short delay the seller claimed to be "outside" and couldn't see me. No indication they heard a doorbell and when I questioned about the parcel being in a different name they went silent. I am perplexed by the whole experience but left feeling really unnerved by the whole thing, it just felt off. If you're looking for a dog, go via approved sellers, people you know or dogs homes - do NOT use this website.

Absolutely great website, easy to buy and also easy to advertise. They cater for everything even safe deposits etc.

I found the Pets4Homes website really easy to navigate. I was especially happy with the guarantees and the fact they hold the money securely — you never fully know what you’re buying, so it definitely gave me peace of mind. Even though our pup is home now, I’m glad to know we’re still covered if anything does come up.

Easy to use, great service, and my friends and I have used this site to rehome pets before. Wonderful.

It’s a great professional site that makes you feel safe while looking for your forever friend

Really good App. You can narrow down your search to what your looking for and mile radius. Also get emails when new adverts are put on there. Definitely recommend.

I've been selling on Pets4homes for several years now, it's straightforward and easy to load your listings and it is a safe way to advertise your pets for sale.
It's also easy to find the power you are looking for using the search filters.
I like how they protect buyers and sellers so both parties feel confident about using the site.
It's the only selling site that I'm comfortable using to both buy and sell pets.
