When trying to complete the online claim form, our address not showing up in the address drop-down so the form would not submit. So I contacted Peter Cox yesterday - amazing lady said she'd email the form to me. However the email has not arrived and I think it is because of a spelling mistake, so I contacted Peter Cox today, where another 'customer service representative', has told me there is no other way but to complete the online form. After explaining to this person again (as she had not read my email properly), she said I'd have to phone claims, to which I told her I have done - and waiting on the form being emailed to me! She was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional in her responses. I would not recommend at all.

I recently had Peter Cox complete repairs, to ensure my home was watertight & dampproof. From the onset the Surveyor Mervyn was extremely supportive, patient & professional in ensuring I was given trustworthy instructions of what repairs were recommended. These repairs were then carried out by colleagues Bob and Bruce, who were equally professional. They were both extremely diligent and hard working, and I knew without a doubt that my home was in safe hands. They went over and above in ensuring the works were completed correctly, professionally and with due care to both Property & Customer: I would certainly recommend their high level of work skills as entirely trustworthy. I selected Peter Cox to complete a survey and then do the work to treat possible woodworm in a roof beam, primarily in the hope that their 20 year guarantee would be worthwhile having. Their service was very efficient and quick, from Stephanie on email, Belinda the surveyor to Evert, the technician who completed the treatment. Evert was excellent in all respects - knowledgeable, safe, tidy and communicative. I paid a little more than other quotes obtained but following completion of the job I think it was worthwhile.

Initially contacted Peter Cox Ltd to advise on a possible solution to deal with an issue of damp in our house. One of their surveyors, Marko, based in Peter Cox’s Lincoln office, came to visit us to inspect the property and subsequently produced a very comprehensive and helpful report.

Jason had been to a previous property I was renting and immediately sorted out a very difficult case of rising damp (that the landlords had been avoiding/denying) so I did not hesitate to ask him to come to the cold Victorian house I bought to get honest, thorough and practical advice on avoiding damp/condensation.

Had Li and Josh in one of my houses this this morning to do some damp proofing and apply a tanking solution to two walls what brilliant tradesmen came in got straight on with the job and when they had finished you couldn’t tell they had been in all the rubbish had been cleared away and the floor was spotless. I’d like to score them 11 out of 10 BRILLIANT

Courteous and efficient service by everyone involved. Neil, the surveyor, did a thorough investagation of the site, and explained it, with diagrams, so we understood it clearly. Wayne and Joe did the repair work, and were punctual, polite and professional. They explained what they were doing, and the reasons why. We are very pleased with all the service and the final completion.

Comprehensive report, agreed mutually convenient times for survey and installation.
The guys that did the job ( Mick, Mazz and Reece and Andy White ) arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained the process.
They all protected the floor coverings and respected the property before commencing the Installation of the damp proof work . minimal disruption, very efficient, clean work and tidied up as they went along.
Reece was a young apprentice and was supervised at all times by Mick.. His apprentice supervisor ( Katie) was also observing him and the branch manager (Sam) also popped in to check on the job. We felt very much looked after.
The following Day the plasterer Andy White came along and hacked off the plaster and re plastered the day after that, he did a fabulous job and at all times explained what he was doing.
We have used Peter Cox for damp proofing on 3 properties and although they are a little more expensive, in our opinion you get what you pay for.
Should also mention the surveyor and office staff were helpful in answering any questions that arose prior to the work starting

Very efficient and left the house very tidy at the end of the job. Helpful staff including Brad at the office and great job by Andy White, who did all the plastering after the damp course has been done. Roy Smythe was very patient with all my questions as it was for a rental and my first DPC. Only reason that it's not 5 star is that the report could be easier to read for a lay person and the prep needed before the DPC was done a little more detailed. Overall very pleased and recommend Peter Cox and the team highly
