James was super helpful and called to explain all my options!

So far our experience has been positive. The survey was completed in a timely manner following contact with the company who were recommended to us and to date we have received positive customer support to make the decision to undertake the works required. Jim O’Malley took the time to explain carefully what the work will entail as we are anxious to do the best thing for our home. I will update this review when the work itself has been completed, hopefully to the same set of high standards we have seen so far.

The initial report was great but I had more questions. They took the time to answer all of them promptly and professionally.

Kenwood replied to my queries when no other company did. Carol who I spoke to first was supportive and helpful and James got back to me in a timely manner once I’d sent photos of the mould in question. A very good experience when I was so worried.

I had a free quote to assess damp issues in my flat.
Seweryn Slowiok came to do the assessment and I was very impressed by his professionalism and the time and care with which he did the assessment.

I contacted Kenwood for a damp survey and a quote was provided via email.
I getting phone calls and emails to push to instruct them for the job. I was given a quote, just before agreeing a start date, I went through the schedule of works, they said heat recovery unit was not quoted will cost me extra £1300, I was left in shock, said you included this in your original quote.
I wasn't happy and requested the return of my deposit, it's been two weeks and still awaiting, they keep saying accounts department will sort out shortly.

No-one wants damp especially when the property in question is riddled with it....Made a decision to get it done property. Made contact with Kenwood, who arranged for a free survey which was carried out in days. The survey itself is very comprehensive and accompanied by photos, so you can see with your own eyes what the survey is describing. Basically the whole of the downstairs flat had damp issues. Due to the size and costs of the required works it needed to be broken down into phases. I started talking with James (Jim) O Malley who just took the burden of sorting out the ''nest steps' completely off my shoulders, my damp was now his damp and he put a plan in place to get going with phase 1. At no point did James try and pressure me to get all the work done in one go, despite my having chosen to go down the finance route. Though there is still more work to be done, with Kenwood, you are in safe hands and even more so with James driving the plan. The contractors are also very nice guys, work hard and efficiently and deliver on whats been agreed. A thank-you to James and his team, including admin team, as customer service is also excellent.....this was my experience of Kenwood

Came on time. Good advice, quote sent with report. Due to weather going to do works in spring/summer as need to decorate after.

My experience with Kenwood Plc has been wonderful so far. I had a very prompt survey arranged for the tanking of my basement. The surveyor, Lee Collum, who visited my property was very polite and did a wonderful job answering all my questions and explaining everything about what they recommended and what would be included in the report.

Jim O’Malley followed up with the quotation a few days later, and again, it was a wonderful experience. He answered all the technical questions and queries I had, revised the quotation promptly to suit my needs, and explained the whole process and the recommendations that would follow.

The booking was then arranged to suit the best time for me, which was very helpful.

I am very pleased with my experience so far. Overall, Kenwood Plc have been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and I would definitely recommend their services.

I am now awaiting the works to commence in a few weeks’ time. I can’t wait to get the basement water- and damp-free so I can finally move on with the rest of my renovations!

Excellent service - work was carried out quickly and expertly and the results are great. Surrounding areas were kept very neat and tidy and well protected. Workmen carrying out the work were very polite, helpful and professional.

Survey appointment booked for 14.00-16.00. Received cancellation call 15.55. They wanted to rebook but I don't do business with unreliable organisations.

I would like to say that Jim O’Malley CSRT, Head of Surveying & Sales from Kenwood Damp Proofing PLC provided excellent service. I filled in an online query form based on a quote I had received and within 24 hours Jim was in touch to discuss the quote and helped to book the work in which will take place on the 9th September. I just want to say that Jim was very efficient, professional and provided excellent customer service. I will fill in another feedback form as soon as the work has been completed.
