Used in June , holidaying in France, but didn't work for me

I have been using these for two years and find them brilliant. Bugs devour me usually but since wearing these I have had no trouble at all, which significantly contributes to a good holiday. Even after swimming they still work. They are easy to pack and keep strong if sealed well. I love the fact that I can match them to what I am wearing too! Well worth the money as they last for ages. I have not found the need to wear one on my ankle as well as my wrist, despite having very sweet blood! One does it for me. Highly recommend.

They look great and smell nicer than DEET products but unfortunately didn't work at all. Both me and my friend still got bitten loads and on the same wrist where we wearing one.
This was in India....They may work where there are less mosquitoes.

I’ve purchased these for the 2nd time for Egypt as they worked so well last year, but unfortunately they did not work this year I wore them on my ankle & wrist & I was bit several times around the band, I was disappointed as the fragrance was not as strong or long lasting! I do understand things getting more expensive & products costing more to make but I would have sooner paid extra for a good quality product like last year than waste my money to be bitten!

Used the bands whilst on holiday in Antigua and they were brilliant. I will definitely purchase again.

These bracelets are absolute little gems. Start with ordering quick easy & simple exactly what you need. I ordered well in advance of holiday but they arrived quickly so if you are within 2 weeks of travelling you should be fine.
I popped them in the case ready for arrival in hindsight should have put in my hand luggage for arrival but was fine.
Arrived in Cape Verde bracelet on (easy to tie nice video on site if your not sure).
Worked so so well. I was in & out of the pool & sea so they got very soggy. But last about 3 days (sure would be more but I like to be cautious) I imagine if you constantly getting wet would last 300 hours no problems.

So not a single bite while wearing them.

Took one off to put a new one on got distracted went out bundles 4 bites.

So yes they absolutely do work, I went straight back to the room put a band on no more bites.

On the day we left gave a couple of bands to a family we met he'd been bitten 14 times. The previous evening, heard from them a few daya later no fresh bites, they will be placing their order for next year when they get back.

I initially saw the advert for these on Facebook & bought my first pack after being bitten in the UK & ending up on antibiotics. So wore then summer of 2025.

Will be a definite addition to holiday checklist & much annual summer plans.

This is such a good product on paper, the bracelets look nice etc but in our experience the bracelets are ineffective at preventing mosquito bites. We are in Sri Lanka and my husband has got bites on the arm he’s wearing the bracelet on. They may help repel bugs, but I would make sure you also use a spray.

The bands might smell quite nice but they certainly don't stop the bits.
I wore the bands on both ankles and both wrist and still got bitten by mosquitos.
The other issue with the bands is the die that comes out of bands when they are damp after having a shower 🚿
White hotel bed sheets and bands certainly don't mix.
I was actually worried that the hotel would bill us because of the die on the bed sheets.

My partner and I used these on our recent 2 week holiday in Mauritius. We wore one band each on our wrist everyday. Neither of us got bitten. Not even once. I’ll def be using these again.😁

Absolutely no bites whatsoever with these bracelets! Look great too,whether on the wrist or ankle.Definitely recommend them, & they're vegan,so no animal cruelty involved, which is a huge plus.Will definitely be using Pestects from now on.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this product actually worked! I’m usually the person who gets eaten alive by mosquitoes — every summer, I end up covered in bites and sometimes even need antibiotics because they get so bad. But after using this product, I didn’t get a single bite. Not one!

The quality of the bracelets and bite roll on are very good. They last longer than alternative ones. I was all good in Greece for the first 5 days. Then I can only describe as an epic failure, 8 bites on the left foot and ankle. 2 on the right ankle and 3 on the left arm. I am a walking feast. I also had pestects repellent spray which has been ineffective. Back to using Avon So Soft.

I normally get bitten by mosquitoes and react quite badly. Just recently I spent three weeks in Malaysia, I wore a Pestects bracelet on my wrist and ankle and I didn't get bitten once. They are amazing and would definitely recommend them

Wore them last week in Cyprus . Had the worst mosquito bites ever and had to go to pharmacy for antihistamines and cream. To be fair locals were saying the problem was worse this year.

We used these for the first time during our 17 day holiday to Turkey.

They were 100% effective not one of us incurred mosquito bites during our vacation.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this product and will certainly be purchasing them again for our next vacation

I used Pestects while on a 2 week holiday to Rhodes in October. On previous holidays I'd been bitten quite badly but, this time....not one bite! You can wear them sunbathing, swimming, showering, in the evening, etc.
Really pleased, I will use again & will definitely recommend 👍

The product didn’t work! I went off to Madeira and the first night wearing the bracelet, I had one bite. The following day I had about 10! I tried wearing two, but to no avail. My issue is that as as I’d seen only positive reviews, I put my faith in the product and I didn’t take any other spray/deet with me. I react so badly to bites and I have to say my holiday was nearly over after a few days. I was so miserable and had to seek medical advice to get antibiotic cream. So my advice is don’t just rely on the positive reviews. I can’t be the only one for it not to work!

These really do work they are a game changer. Brought them to Jamaica with me placed one on my left wrist & left ankle no bites but my right ankle got bitten so placed one on there no more bites. But because I was in the sea & pool so often I did replace them after 4 days. I just wish the bracelets where a bit larger for the ankles as they were tight/snug my husband couldn't even put one on his ankle as too small.

Have been using Pestects bracelets and stickers for over 12 months now. Decided to try this product after husband getting bitten so much on holiday and often ending up at a drs surgery. Initially thought the stickers would be ideal, as his skin is so sensitive, but he tried the bracelets, with no adverse skin reaction and so uses both now. We've used both products in Croatia and Lanzarote at different times of the year, with no bites, and in the Lake District, North Wales and on local walks. My husband's recently taken up fishing again and uses the stickers on his clothing and equipment. I also like the fact that I can colour co-ordinate the bracelets with what I'm wearing. I've just ordered more for an upcoming holiday. All in all, an excellent product!

Got in touch with pestecs after my husband suffered an allergic reaction after wearing for only 3 hours. His wrist was full of blisters. .also my my legs were covered in bites so they clearly don't work. I was told some one would get back to me .but I'm still waiting !! My experience with pestecs has not been a good one and would not recommend !!
