Hello! I would like to share my experience with your store ! The product is very nice and as described! But I’m not happy about the shipping! I place 2 separate orders,and was charged for 2 different shippings! At the end when I got my package everything was packed in 1 box and the delivery company charged me another $18 upon arrival! I don’t know why and how your company works like that ,but we were not happy with the service you provided at all!

Firstly we are very happy to hear you liked the products. Regarding the delivery charges, the delivery charge is based on the total weight of your order not the number of orders. However, as goodwill, we have refunded you for one of the shipping charges. Regarding the $18 charge upon arrival, this is the custom fee charged by the Canadian government, we absolutely have no ability to change or object to customs charges imposed by the government. As we mentioned in our terms and conditions,, customers are responsible for custom charges, if any. We try to keep the item values as lowest possible, and usually, customers won't get charged but sometimess the customs office may decide to investigate and charge the customer. (it really depends on the country) The cost of these custom charges vary.
We have also sent you an email with regards to this but have yet received a response.

Love! I ordered “backorder” items and stock items and they all arrived today! I emailed them about a minor question and they were really helpful. My family loves everything we got. The pieces are hand painted and I am super super pleased with the quality!

دلیوری بسیار سریع به موقع بود، کیفیت کار و زیبایی آن بسیار عالی بود، خیلی با سلیقه و شکلی بسته بندی شده بود، همچنین متن درخواستی برای هدیه گیرنده روی کارت زیبا نوشته شده بود ، وسیله داخل کارتن بسیار ایمن بسته بندی شده بود که اصلا آسیبی به آن نرسد، بسیار راضی بودم حتما پیشنهاد میکنم امتحان کنید بسیار با کیفیت و زیبا بود
