I needed a spare part for my kitchen…
I needed a spare part for my kitchen tap and having navigated my way around secondary sellers found the Perrin & Rowe number.
From start to finish an excellent service: the phone was answered within a couple of minutes, the operator took pains to ensure we had identified the right part and explained that depending on stock levels delivery could take up to a few weeks but most likely less.
THREE days later the part arrived…… Brilliant.

Best-in-Class service
When our kitchen was refurbished many years ago our fitter recommended a Perrin & Rowe mixer tap in the Etruscan style for our dual sinks. Although it was expensive (gold plated) we're so glad we followed his advice. Recently we noticed that the gold plating on the spout had developed some unsightly cracks. We contacted Perrin & Rowe to enquire about a replacement spout and they said they would supply us with a new one under their 25-year warranty (yes, TWENTY-FIVE YEARS). That is awesome service! Well done Perrin & Rowe.

Amazing service
Amazing service. 10 years after having bought our kitchen tap from Perrin & Rowe, I called in looking for a part. They pulled up my details, took time to explain what might have happened and then shipped the part I needed. Exemplary.

Hot tap issue - positive response
Returning from a few days away, our hot tap boiler wouldn’t restart. This resulted in three calls to P&R Customer Services to run through some trouble shooting.
All three calls involved pleasant, polite, patient and attentive staff members who were very clear and helpful. This is what customer services should be like. Well done team. 👍🏼

Knowledgeable and easy aftercare
We moved into a new apartment and found that the tap leaked on full power. The plumbers came and declared (without any inspection!) that it needed a new tap.
I contacted Perrin & Rowe who advised that a 'self-repair' would be possible with a free o-ring kit that they would provide.
It arrived the next day and it was easy to fit and the tap hasn't leaked since.

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Debbie at Perrin & Rowe while ordering a tap seal/spout kit. I accidentally ended up in the business department, but Debbie went above and beyond to assist me anyway. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and one of the most helpful people I’ve dealt with in a long time.
The ordering process was smooth, and she made everything so easy. The part has been ordered, and delivery is expected within 3–5 days. If every customer service experience were like this, the world would be a much better place!
Highly recommend Perrin & Rowe—not just for their products, but for their outstanding customer service. Thank you, Debbie!

Great aftermarket / customer service
We have two Perrin and Rowe Phoenician taps which are great quality, I would recommend. After a number of years a small spring on the pull-out spray hose corroded, the customer service team solved the problem and sent out a replacement within a couple of days. Great service.

Spare Parts
Starting with not knowing what model of tap I have, I sent a photo with details of the leak. Within two days, the spare parts were on their way to me. All thanks to Felix in Customer Care and another person in the Stores Dept ( whose name I cannot remember ), made this a pleasant interaction.

Phoned Perrin & Rowe Support, I asked for their email address and sent photos of my tap whilst discussing the problem. They were able to identify my tap and then arrange delivery of the appropriate spares kit, together with a few words of advice on the installation. First Class Customer Service !!!! I have been a customer for many many years, their taps not only look stunning but are of the highest quality. Their customer service is outstanding, they will send comprehensive instructions for fitting etc and have the best warranty on items, always very well organised.
