Fantastic customer service
Great communication from the customer services team. I had a problem with a tap fixed to an appliance. I sent an email with a query on Monday and had a response by Wednesday the same week. I had to call the customer services team to order a part and the person I spoke to Debbie, was fantastic. Cheery and very patient with me. Her colleague Linda who had sent the email was able to help as well. It was a very pleasant conversation and I got the part ordered. Thank you ladies.

Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic Customer Service! We had a leak develop in our kitchen mixer tap; the customer service team were incredibly knowledgeable (Linda & Tom especially) They diagnosed the issue and sent out the necessary parts to fix the problem, amazing service from first contact to getting the issue resolved! A+ Service! Perrin & Rowe are a premium brand and the follow up service matches the quality of the products; our tap was installed 6 years ago and this was all sorted efficiently and at no additional cost, thanks for the great customer service experience!

The products are nice until they fail
The products are nice until they fail, in my case at installation, then their customer service in solving issues is absolutely appalling.
I have been trying to get a continuously dripping Freestanding Thermostatic Bath-Shower Mixer fixed or replaced 3 months now. They started off by sending replacement parts relatively quickly, but as soon as that didn't solve the problem it all stopped. It eventually went to their Quality department who took a month to sign off a new tap, and I was then told by customer service it was put on a rush and should be with me in 2-3 weeks instead of the usual 8. However on calling after 3 weeks, it is 'in the plan' for delivery in another 4 weeks! Absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

We recently had to order a replacement hot water tap tank which failed just within the 5 year guarantee. We spoke with Tom in customer services who couldn't have been more helpful. He listened to the details and checks I'd done and without fuss ordered a replacement free of charge which was delivered within 2 days.
I've since had a further call with Bridget in the same team re an issue with a replacement cold tap cartridge. Again, Bridget immediately spotted the issue and arranged a 2nd replacement again free of charge.
5 stars to the Perrin & Rowe customer service team and Bridget and Tom specifically for their support, understanding, advice and help. It's rare to come away from a support call feeling relieved and knowing your issues have been acknowledged and sorted politely, painlessly and efficiently. Both calls had minimal delays before we reached the team and were concluded within a few minutes. Thank you!

Very helpful advice from Germaine who went the extra mile to make sure we ordered the right spare part for our kitchen tap, and to make sure it arrived quickly. He even sent me a video by WhatsApp to show how to replace the part. Excellent service and the part was exactly right.

Quick and effective response
The person I had been dealing with about a warranty issue was on vacation - I was impressed by the way that a colleague responded to my phone call, quickly reviewed past emails and dealt with the matter. It would have been very easy to tell me to wait until the original person came back.
