Had a really bad experience with this company , the lies that they told me each time I called ! They never kept there word , they never called me back and the numerous emails I sent with no reply back from them !! Please be very wary as I was recommended to go with them . I finally got a response and there answer was they will make sure this never happens again . All this was going on since June 2025 and carried on untill febuary 2026. The way I was treated was appalling .

Hi Terri,
We’re sorry to read this review, as it doesn’t fully reflect the circumstances involved.
Our team made every effort to resolve the matter professionally and even replaced certain parts as a gesture of goodwill despite them not being covered under warranty.
Throughout the process we remained focused on finding a positive solution and whilst discussions at times became difficult, our priority was always to completely satisfy your order and reach a fair outcome. Your request for further goodwill compensation in exchange for not leaving a negative review is not something we felt was appropriate.
We remain committed to providing a high standard of service and will always aim to resolve any concerns in a fair and respectful way.
Kind regards,
Perfect Shutters

5 star service feom start to finish
5 star service from start to finish.
Great experience with perfect shutters, we ordered shutters for our new home to match as closely as possible, the ones already installed on the ground floor. From the consultation we felt very confident that this could happen.
The admin process was seamless and booking the installation was equally as simple.
Thanks to Danny T and Tom for their help installing. They were quick and efficient. Thanks again to the whole team.

Thank you soo much Lin! ❤️
Waited in all day, not contacted and now rearranged for another week
I have waited in all day, had to repeatedly chase up customer service to find out when the fitters will arrive after my morning time slot had passed. I now have to wait until the following week so have to wait in again and change work schedules. I understand there have been issues with scheduling but it would have been good service to get a call this morning to let me know there would be delays. I am very unimpressed after paying a lot of money for the service.

Thank you for your feedback, Leanna.
We’re so sorry for the delay to your appointment and for the lack of communication on the morning of the scheduled visit.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been not receiving an update when you were expecting one, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue improving how we communicate when unexpected scheduling issues arise.
As discussed, the service you booked was for the removal and reinstallation of your shutters. This is an additional service we offer to help support customers who are having new windows installed or carrying out renovation work, and we’re always happy to do our best to accommodate these requests wherever possible.
While we unfortunately had to cancel the original appointment at short notice due to scheduling difficulties, we’re pleased that we were able to rearrange this for first thing on Monday, ahead of your window installation on Tuesday, so that everything can still be completed within the timeframe you need.
Thank you for your patience! We’re confident the team will take great care during the visit, and we hope that once the work is complete you’ll feel pleased with the overall service.
If there’s anything further we can do for you in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact our team – we’re always happy to help.
Great service.
From start to finish the service was great, very happy with the finish and quality of the shutters, special mention to Jamie and Jake who fitted the shutters, very helpful and clean and tidy , would highly recommend perfect shutters.😀😀.
