Great shutters at a great price. Service w
As excellent from start to finish. What more can you ask for.

I read their TP reviews and gave Perfect Shutters a call. I was given an estimated cost based on my measurements and I arranged a survey. Survey went ahead within 7 days and blinds fitted in under 1 hr when they arrived some 12 weeks later. I was updated on the manufacturing and shipping processes. You pay half in advance to proceed. Final payment was paid 7 days prior to installation. All personnel were professional and made a good impression. I would definitely use them again.

From the very start of me deciding to get shutters fitted everyone was so very friendly, from the staff in the showroom, the person who measured,to the people who fitted the shutters, and of course not forgetting the person who let me know what was happening every step of the way. Thank you ALL.

All fitted buy great guys who came out to fit and explained everything and how to use and clean shutters fast service very friendly staff

From the initial consultation to fitting, the customer service was excellent with queries answered promptly.
Big shout out to those who fitted the shutters- Jamie and Owen, who did an amazing job and left my house spotless post fitting.

this is how companies should do business. they are straightforward, available, competitve pricing, i knew what was happening at every stage of the order, the people are great and the final product looks amazing. the lead time is long but hey ho! worth it for the peace of mind

From the initial phone call to having my blinds fitted today the service I receivedwas first class. Jamie x Owen who fitted the blinds were superb x very accommodating, respectful to my home. Absolutely delighted with my blinds

Excellent product, customer service and fitting.

Fantastic end to end service, couldn’t recommend this company enough! Fantastic.

Had the pleasure of having my shutters fitted today by two exceptional lads, John and Trevor. They were on time, really pleasant and even removed their shoes as soon as they entered my home. Once the shutters
were beautifully fitted, they collected all packaging and vacuumed each room. I am really delighted with the first class service and shutters look amazing. Thank you.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Every member of staff from the people you speak to on the phone or by email, and the people who come to visit you at home to choose your shutters and install them have been extremely professional, polite, friendly & patient. Everything has been seamless and we love our shutters. We had some installed by this company years ago and they are such good quality they still look new, we’ve recently added more and the quality is still the same high standard. Thank you!

The service offered from start to completion was excellent. We had updates regarding the order availability and choice of day and time for the fitting of the shutters.Dylan and Flinn were not only polite, respectful of home but completed the fitting of the shutters in a professional clean and tidy manner.

Brilliant service and fantastic shutters!

Excellent communication throughout.

Managed brilliantly with initial visit, proper measure up then installation. All with friendly, helpful staff.

Quick, easy clean installation. Thank you!

I would highly recommend 🙏🤩

Delays on fitting where dissapointing, quoted Oct 25 Full depodit payed Dec, fitted Apr 2, not the best, price match and 12mth payments are so useful, fitters where great, very tidy, explained how to use them thoroughly.

A really good service from the initial planning and survey stage to delivery and fitting of the shutters. The service team also kept us updated throughout the whole process. The shutters look great, are well made and were very reasonably priced.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"Huge thanks to [Jamie] and [Jake] for the flawless installation of our new plantation shutters today! They arrived Early, worked quickly, and the attention to detail was top-notch. The shutters look incredible and have completely transformed the room. Professional, tidy, and genuinely nice guys—I couldn’t recommend them more highly!"

Excellent service from start to finish. Sales team were great and didn’t push. Fitting team were amazing and quick. Only a small issue which was pointed out and fixed in just over a day

3 installers came yesterday to fit our shuttters, I was so pleased not only with the blinds but the staff, quiet but got the job done and very pleasant, hard workers they just came in did the job cleaned up everything and was a pleasure to have them, I do usually say that as there is always something isn’t there but I can’t fault Jamie, Jake and Flinn at all. Thanks guys and well done for leaving my properly in perfect condition, no rubbish they cleaned up everything, did t even know they had been apart from the amazing gorgeous new shutters!

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the administrative handling of my order. While the final product and the installation team were excellent, the journey to get there was unacceptable.
After paying a deposit on 04/11, I experienced a pattern of total communication silence. I had to personally initiate contact on 18/12, six weeks later, only to discover an administrative 'mix-up' meant my order hadn't even been processed. Despite being offered a gesture of goodwill for the delay, the promised follow-up on 05/01 never happened. I had to chase again on 04/02, only to find my order would now take over four months to arrive.
The installation team, who arrived on 13/03, were the sole highlight of this experience: polite, hardworking, and professional. Unfortunately, my attempt to provide this positive feedback was met with further silence. When I called to follow up today, I was met with a defensive and ill-informed Sales Manager who seemed more interested in reading file notes than addressing the breakdown in service.
As a customer service professional myself, I understand that mistakes happen. However, the lack of proactive communication and the difficulty in reaching someone with the authority to resolve complaints is staggering. I am still awaiting a call from the Sales Director, Michael; hopefully, it arrives before the end of the year.
