Excellent customer service from Sean and his team for the past twenty plus years! Cars and parts are always securely packaged. I have never received any damaged cars - on one occasion a lid was cracked and they immediately offered to replaced the lid with my next order. They always make the effort to source the best courier price with each shipment (Cape Town, South Africa). Their "first person" approach of doing business is highly valued!

Very good if they get an order wrong they rectify without an issue.

I have been purchasing models from Pendle Slot Racing since they started trading. I have always found the whole Pendle team to be very friendly and helpful as well as providing great service which is always with a smile. Cheers :)

Order turn around and delivery pretty good considering it had to get to NZ. Contents were well packed and cars were held down inside their cases with extra strapping so they don't work loose during delivery. Attention to detail like that is great!

Totally let down by mre and then pendle slot racing ( who I had used since 1998) I ordered 4 cars with mre, they came crammed together and all had cracked lids. After numerous phone calls to mre I was told they were waiting for the lids from Germany, it is now 18 months later, they don't reply and have sold up to pendle slot racing. Pendle slot racing have not been helpful at all, and don't want to know. ( even though I have spent hundreds of pounds with both these companies).

Fancy losing a loyal customer of 23 years over some £3 boxes.

I have had 3 orders from them so far. And they have always been quick. Staff are friendly. Can't help you enough. My go to place for scalextric. Ignore the negative comments. I'm not sure they are even talking about the same company.

My first order with them was fine but rather slow to arrive, so when my 2nd order hadn't arrived initially I thought it was just slow. However upon following up on the order made on 4th Feb on the 22nd Feb by email to customer services I was told it wasn't processed because they hadn't completed my order within 3 days which caused the PayPal payment to expire. (So despite them knowing after 3 days that it wouldn't clear they didn't say anything until I chased up the order 18 days later). To make matters worse they asked if I still wanted the order to which I replied I did but yet 3 days later they haven't replied to that email. What are you playing at it is now 23 days since I placed my order and still no parts? Dreadful customer service.
As an update the company following the review got in touch and quickly put things right sending goods next day delivery, thank you.

Really not happy with the customer service
Placed an order over a week ago, have sent two emails and had no response.
The error on the site said payment was not taken so I re ordered with a different card. When I checked my bank payment was taken twice.
Paid for first class signed for delivery and it still hasn’t arrived.

*note/ took over a year for the company to reply to this complaint.., that speaks for itself

Items dispatched next day and received shortly after by Royalmail tracked delivery. Very happy with purchase and speed at a busy pre-Christmas period. I was slightly nervous with there being no other trustpilot reviews before this one (perhaps a new website?). All went very smoothly and I would certainly recommend them.
