My daughter did not want to leave. Luke and his team were simply brilliant.

My son really enjoyed his time at Birstall holiday camps, the staff were helpful and friendly as we hadn't used the holiday club before.
It was easy to park when dropping off my son .

My child really looks forward to attending this club and always has a very enjoyable time there. The mix of activities is fantastic from sports to drama and dance. He always leaves in a very happy mood and wants to return the next day for more fun! The staff are very good, very enthusiastic and engaging with the kids. The staff always feedback at the end of the day which I really appreciate because it shows they care and are engaged.

My children really enjoy this holiday club. They love being able to choose different activities. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Fantastic from start to finish. My son has been to many different clubs and this is by far the best. We’ve been going for different holidays over two years. The coaches are ALL enthusiastic, friendly and professional. There are a range of activities , my son prefers non sport based so RC is perfect. He always comes out smiling and it’s just great we have somewhere so reliable. The booking process is very simple too. Can’t recommend enough overall

First time the kids have been to this holiday club. They have been to many different types and not enjoyed them. This one is different the kids came out smiling and asked to go again! (Luckily booked the next day). They throughly enjoyed it saying there was lots of activities. It is near my work so perfect for drop of and pick up

My child enjoyed most of the activities and sports. The staff are very friendly. Venue is good too. Will book again if needed.

Brilliant experience for our boys aged 6 and 10. Great variety of activities, staff were brilliant. They were encouraging and dismal and check in was very sage.

We love rocket club Market Harborough. There’s an activity for everyone and this is the club my 6 year old requests the most!

We have been so happy with the team at Manor High in Oadby. My daughter has had quite a difficult time at the hands of people who should be responsible for keeping children safe, and the experience is having such a negative impact on our lives. The Rocket Camp team have been so nurturing, understanding and altogether brilliant. Although my daughter still suffers with the idea of going to places, Roacket camp is the place that she is most excited to go to, always!! She feels safe there. Thank you all. We really appreciate you all.

Our son had a fantastic time at Meadowdale in Market Harborough. He was initially shy but the incredibly warm welcome from Fiona meant this soon gave way to thoroughly enjoying himself.
Truthfully, he didn’t tell us many details of his week at Meadowdale, but at drop off and pick up, I could see his confidence growing and he had clearly made friends.
He really wants to go back and I’m sure he will.

Honesty you guys are brilliant. My daughter loves the camps and the coaches and for us knowing that she's happy and well looked after is priceless. She's attended the Blaby camp since she was 6 and still loves it aged 9, nearly 10.

Fantastic camp , the staff are amazing. My 7 year old daughter who’s autistic and sensory needs has a fantastic time here , the staff are brilliant with her , there has never been a day I’ve picked her up and she’s disliked it , she always tells me she’s had a fantastic time and loves all the camp coaches! Highly recommended ,

I can’t find this advertised anywhere by this company, but if your child has an ECHP (Educational Healthcare Plan), your child is unlikely to be welcome at this holiday camp.

My wife and I dropped our son off at the North Cestrian campus in Altrincham and were asked to collect him within one hour.

When asked why, we were told it was because he was requesting to be accompanied to use the bathroom (he is 6 years old in a building he has never been in before) and because he has an EHCP at his school. Apparently this is “against their policy”.

For context, our son is on the autistic spectrum. This information was included on the sign-up form to the holiday club, so they were aware of this before taking payment.

That being said, he is by no means interpersonally or practically incapable or incompetent at age-specific tasks or communication. He has difficulty pronouncing certain speech sounds, a situationally-dependant fleeting attention span, may need to be told something once or twice more than some other children and is very physically active, but he is by no means severely disabled and is perfectly capable of being in a social setting with other children of varying age ranges, particularly in the presence of trained child minders. He has historically attended other after-school and holiday clubs with no problems.

When we arrived to collect him, he was playing nicely with some of the other children while the child minders sat watching at a distance.

I am unfortunately gutted by this organisation’s abrupt dismissal of, and arguably discriminatory attitude towards, my son.

My experience is that, if your child presents any kind of neurodiversity, even if marginal and more or less undisruptive, you will likely receive a call before long demanding their swift collection, accompanied by blurry, unspecific and ostensibly-impartial reasoning and feigned contrition.

If you are working parents or guardians and your work or other obligations require you to depend on child minding services during the school holiday period, and your child does not consistently behave in perfect accordance with an idealised picture of neurotypical traits across the board, you will have wasted your time and money and your child will be left feeling shunned and confused as to why they have been forced to leave the friends they have just made.

Overall a negative experience and I advise this company accurately markets their services as incapable of catering to children with any kind of neurodiversity.

I have two children attending Meadowdale Market Harborough Holidays club. They absolutely loved it. My girl, age 5, enjoyed the crafts, and my boy, age 9, enjoyed the ball games. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Definitely, we will keep coming to them. Thank you

Both my girls loved going to the Oadby one, first time was over the summer holidays and this October half term being their second time. They've chosen this club over the other they've used. They've said they have so much more fun, so much more to do with choices, which includes indoor and outdoor activities. Staff are very friendly and fun. It's a very secure premise with codes for collections, providing peace of mind. I'd highly recommend rocket holiday camp.

My kids loved the holiday camp at Chorlton High South and were really excited to tell me everything they had done that day. Highly recommend and booking again for this Summer

My daughter always has a lot of fun in the Rocket Holiday Camp in Blaby. She has been going for many years now and planned to go this summer. The staff are very welcoming with many activities planned. I would definitely recommend
