We had our confirmation scan which was perfect. All very friendly. We now have our gender scan which we are very excited to experience with older children 👶🏻 💗💙

I attended for a 6 week scan and sadly there was no heartbeat. Went for a repeat scan which was free of charge 2 weeks later and sadly a missed miscarriage was confirmed. The staff were amazing from front desk to Sonographer and assistants they were very kind, thoughtful and supportive.

I'd previously had my gender scan with my first child there 7 years previous. I look forward to going back in the future when I'll hopefully have a viable pregnancy.

We had our gender scan today and the nurses were really friendly and helpful, and as were having a gender reveal and don’t want to know the gender, they were helpful to tell us not to look while did the scan and told us not to open the email either.

Warm, friendly and easy to find. I loved the additional options they offer such as gender reveal cannons, baby heart beat bears etc. My 4 year old was nice and relaxed as the team were thoughtful to have kids movies on the tv.

Would definitely come again.

I had a gender reveal scan at Quinton Branch middle of Nov 2023.

We asked for the gender to written down so we could give it to our cake maker at the start of the scan.

As part of the package - the clinic send you digital images of your scan and the staff at the branch did not mention that we should not open the email as it displays the gender and it did not state it on the email not to open the images either.

The gender was written on the images and I knew the gender before my partner after leaving the clinic within the hour after dropping the paper to our cake maker.

This absolutely ruined our gender reveal party which was arranged two days after the scan.

We emailed the clinic straight away and asked for a full refund of our scan and our cake.

After this email was sent, I received a call two days later to say that they would review the CCTV and listen to the conversation. I thought this was fine as we knew it was not our fault and they ruined our experience.

I didn’t receive a response back and I emailed them a number of days later. They called me again and said over the phone that they would not be able to offer me a full refund but happy for me to have the same scan again for free or a 4d scan cheaper.
I explained that this wasnt the resolution we wanted because we have already had a bad experience with them and we dont want any more services they have to offer. It was cheeky to offer me a 4d scan “cheaper” - when you should be providing something for free!
Customer services also skirted over the issue that they would look/listen to our conversation via CCTV and I dont think they investigated the complaint.

Customer services and the clinic staff didnt even apologise or accept accountability. Its our first child and this was meant to be a special time for us.
I am really unhappy with how this business has dealt with my complaint. I have sent emails for there to be a paper trail. Each time they have responded to my complaint it has been over the phone on a withheld number and I asked for written correspondence and they constantly ignored me.

I cried after seeing the ruined surprise on my phone because I felt terrible for my husband which had gone to so much effort to take time off work for the day of the scan.
This business does not care!

Its one of the worst scan clinics we have been to in Birmingham and would recommend anyone to go elsewhere.

Upon arrival staff were very friendly lovely atmosphere. Only a short wait and I was called straight in. Scan was such a great experience and overall very happy.

Had a gender scan today and am not happy with how I was treated by the doctor carrying out the scan. No care in allowing myself and my partner to hear the heartbeat for long nor actually view the baby. The baby was in an awkward position, so the doctor began jabbing the sonograph into my lower abdomen. After getting up and moving around, baby still hadn't moved, so the doctor proceeded to hit my abdomen with the sonograph to try and get the baby to move. Not once did she ask me if I was okay. I left the scan in pain and hours later my lower abdomen still hurts. The pictures provided were poor and I recieved no wellness report which the website states to be included. I also paid an extra £5 for the video of the ultrasound which included no sound for the heartbeat. The only saving grace were the ladies in purple who were kind and sympathetic. The doctor could learn a thing or two from them.

Amazing experience at Peek a Baby in Bromsgrove. Professional and lovely members of staff and very helpful and accommodating.

I attended a post menopausal and abdominal scan recently. I was told I had some endometrial and irregular thickening and to contact my GP (which is worrying for any menopausal woman). This was mentioned in the report and not explained at the scan which worried me sick (I only noticed when I got home, I called Peekababy and they wasn’t interested in explaining why it wasn’t discussed). My GP was very concerned and after 2 1/2 weeks of worry, I went private to a gynaecologist who did the same scan which reported no abnormalities and small fibroids (which wasn’t picked up at the scan). Thankfully all was normal and the relief was enormous. I cannot believe how this was reported so incorrectly, it was a very stressful time for me, all for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this service. It’s a complete waste of money, totally unprofessional. The equipment needs seriously updating and staff retraining, awful, stressful and incorrect experience. AVOID!!!!!

I went for a gender scan and paid extra for the video. I don’t live local but booked in while I was seeing friends and family. On the day they could not perform the ultrasound and sent me on my way stating I could get a rescan. However once home Iv had some low blood pressure issues and feeling dizzy so not wanting to drive long distances. I emailed peek a baby to explain I didn’t live local and although I was offered a rescan could I just get a refund instead to save me taking time off work and travelling when I’m not 100%.

A week went by nothing no phone call no email just completely ignored. I then chased up. Called the clinic direct. Lady answered the phone apparently spoke to management while I was on hold who told her they don’t do refunds I will have to come for a rescan. I undteestans that that is their standard policy which is why I wrote and email to explain my situation to not even get a reply is extremely unprofessional and rude.

I went for an early reassurance scan which was done with the ultrasound. The sonographer simply said ‘I see the sac but not baby’ moved around a little bit more and said for me to come back in a week. It was over in a matter of 4 minutes and I was rushed out. I was obviously devestated so I booked another scan somewhere else the next day. The other place, because of how early I was, immediately said they would do an internal where baby was found and a heartbeat seen.

Fast forward a week and I go back for my ‘free’ rescan they still had trouble and then eventually did an internal. Everything was fine but as I was getting up she told me the heartbeat was a little slow. When I asked what it was, to what it should be, she said she didn’t measure it but she could just tell?????????

What sort of professionalism is this place. I’m now worried that my babys heartbeat is too slow and considering spending MORE money elsewhere due to this place making me feel deflated everytime I walk out.

Had my early reassurance scan and it was wonderful! Lovely nurses lovely atmosphere will defo recommend to any mama anxious to see their baby before 1st scan. Will definitely go back again 😊 thank you ladies

Came here for an early pregnancy scan. We were seen the second we signed our forms which was great. Unfortunately, our outcome was not a pleasant one. The sonographer was able to pick up some concerns and it was handled with absolute professionalism and compassion by all the staff. We were given good advice and were able to be seen by the NHS the next working day who corroborated the suspected findings at peekababy of a molar pregnancy. We are so grateful for peekababy recommending prompt action that may prove invaluable to my health.

Had an amazing experience at peek a baby Quinton the staff where lovely and welcoming I suffer from anxiety and the staff made me feel at ease and relaxed😄

Great place to be when your expecting, they make you feel super comfortable and are so friendly, great prices too and so much to offer :)
