They want a copy of my ID for a $10 payment! I didn't even know this company until I had to use it for a small payment. I find it suspicious that they want to collect such data from everyone. High risk of identity theft.

Indian tech support scammers

Am 14.01.2021 wurde eine Zahlung von mir gesperrt und das Geld einbehalten. Heute ist der 26.01.2021 und bis heute kam kein Cent zurück auf mein Konto. Jedes mal kriege ich den selben Spruch, dass das Team dran arbeitet und es bald einzahlen wird. Eine Rückzahlung braucht MAXIMAL 1 Woche!! Wenn das so weiter geht werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten um an mein Geld zu kommen. - ja ich habe diese Bewertung kopiert um Zeit zu sparen aber genau dasselbe Problem

I had a problem with doing online payments for a few days and finally find their email address as no one seemed to be able to help. Within a short while i got a reply from paymentwall and they kept replying to every email until my problem were solved within hours. They were patient and friendly and assisted me to finally be able do do a payment. Thanks guys you are amazing!!!!!!

Great service, got my refund back within a weeks time.

Good company, using it for months now. The only two bad things about it are
1) the big commission
2) the delay for payout

but the service it self and customer service are very good.

Recebi um suporte veloz e eficiente em menos de 2 dias eu consegui pedir reembolso de um pagamento. Foram respeitosos durante o atendimento e conseguiram arrumar meu problema.

After I applied for a refund, the refund did not arrive. Moreover, I was blocked from purchase because fraudulent action. I have communicated with the customer service for many times and sent the required documents to them in DIFFERENT WAYS for MANY TIMES. But they just simply pretend that they can't open the documents and unblock me. I'm really fed up with these scammers and have now decided to tell my experience.

A bunch of liars and cheats. They make up a different story every now and then. They claim that they have sent the money back to the payment agent and it may take 30 days, which is technically not possible, refund only by SEPA transfer, which can be found on the IDEAL website. But of course he knows better and what you customer can know, bunch of I....s from the service. They cannot send the transfer confirmation for reasons not specified. If you are from Europe, avoid this website with a wide berth. You have no way of getting the money back in your home country. Don't be fooled
