Empresa horrível, ficaram com mais de 650 reais meus pagos por boleto.
Eu tentei de tudo com eles, expliquei que não recebi de volta o valor, expliquei que não existe reembolso de boleto no meu país.
Mesmo assim, eles insistiram para que eu entrasse em contato com o Mercado Pago, instituição onde foram pagos os boletos.
O Mercado Pago me disse que não existe reembolso dos boletos pagos. Que eu devo entrar em contato com a empresa para os quais foram pagos, que eles devem devolver meu dinheiro.
Tomem cuidado, não façam negócios com essa empresa.
Estou denunciando eles para as autoridades do meu país, pois o que eles estão fazendo é ilegal. Vai contra todas as leis de proteção ao consumidor e legislação financeira.

Fiz uma compra pelo MMOGA onde o pagamento é intermediado pela paymentwall. A MMOGA não entregou o pedido e informou que a paymentwall realizaria o reembolso do valor. Entrei em contato com a paymentwall e foi informado que de 5-7 dias seria realizado o estorno. Até o momento nada e já expirou o prazo para o reembolso do valor. Entrei em contato novamente com a empresa, sequer obtive resposta e fiquei sem o meu dinheiro. Experiência horrível, nunca mais.

I was asked to give ID and my CV just so they could process a $10 donation
All payments up until now have no sort of verification other than putting your details in and pressing 'buy' but they ask for verification and shouldn't be used even if they boast worldwide compatibility.
I did get an email for a refund but the refund won't come through for up to '10 business days'

First time I used this today and hit the need for verification. The verification team replied promptly and clearly, also patiently answering my questions, and it was a good support experience. Used this with Citi/Mastercard and the previous transaction was refunded within a few hours. For the verification process, it only took a few emails back and forth. Then, I was able to repurchase my order soon after. Give the verification team a raise!

Komisches Unternehmen, sehr suspekt, kann mich in meinen Account einloggen, alles ok, jedoch wenn ich zahlen möchte zeigt er an, dass mein Account gesperrt ist 🤔🤔🤔.
Damit ist die Zahlung unmöglich.
Keine Begründung nichts, kann auch nichts finden warum gesperrt wurde.

I had an issue with Elyon online. Unfortunately, there was glitch in the system and my purchase double charged. Kakao games prompted me to contact my bank. I did and i filed double charge. My account from kakao got flagged for fraud and have to deal with paymentwall. They told me to email said company. paymentwall told me that there are 2 things i can do: cancel the dispute or wait for the dispute to finish. I decided to cancel the dispute. I asked paymentwall what to do next. They provided me with very minimal assistance and very vague statement such as "we need proof of the cancellation" but not necessarily provide you with proper info. I have provided letters signed by paypal and my credit card company that the dispute was cancelled. Paymentwall keep prompting me to cancel the dispute and ignoring everything i sent them. I have called my CC and paypal 4 times verifying with proper documentation sent to them. Paymentwall cannot even verify if the dispute is cancelled with paypal or my CC. They will just keep spinning you over and over again. btw, this event happened a month ago and still ongoing without progress. Now, 2 of my friends are having issues with paymentwall
Geld wird erst einmal akzeptiert, dann eingefroren und "zwischen 7 und 10 Werktagen" rückerstattet. Egal, ob die Transaktion korrekt war oder man zusätzlich noch weitere, dubiose Informationen angeliefert hat, oder nicht. Finger weg von Services, die mit Paymentwall abwickeln!
Stavo acquistando tranquillamente dei pacchetti di prodotti digitali in offerta ma al 4 acquisto Paymentwall decide di annullare e rimborsare il mio ordine, effettuato tramite Paypal come sempre e bloccandomi l'account del software attraverso il quale li compravo così da non poter effettuare più alcun pagamento in nessun modo. Nonostante abbia anche subito mandato loro la foto della mia patente e lo screenshoot del pagamento completato di Paypal come specificato e richiesto non andavano bene per un motivo o per l'altro ma questo pure se invece soddisfavano tutti i requisiti nel dettaglio. Una volta mi dicono che non hanno ricevuto la foto, un altra che il documento non era quello richiesto, poi ne accettano uno e me ne chiedono un altro ancora e quando lo invio non sbloccano nulla e ritornano a chiedermi di mandare di nuovo quell'altro. Non ho fatto altro che inviare foto e documenti, aspettare e non riuscire a risolvere niente fino a quando non mi sono stancato e ho scritto al venditore dei prodotti che ha mandato loro un email, allora si sono decisi finalmente a sbloccare il mio account. Sono sempre stati gentili e a parole molto collaborativi ma passavano i giorni e non risolvevano comunque il problema creato dal loro sistema. Nel frattempo ho perso l'offerta di tutti i prodotti che avrei voluto acquistare e ho ricomprato il prodotto rimborsato anche se potevo scaricarlo ugualmente quindi compro il 5: questo anche se pagato correttamente risulta sempre acquistabile ma non scaricabile. Dopo 10 giorni di email nulla, è rischioso uguale alla roulette russa!
