Service was good
Service was good, from ordering to picking out your nearest garage and using the payment assist, I couldn’t fault it. The only thing I was planning on doing was to pay upfront fee and pay in 7,8 and 9 month option, but this was not available to me, even though they were advertising it. Either way was still good as went with pay up front fee and pay over the next 3 months at 0% interest, still at least I get 4 brand new premium tyres and not having to fork out in one lump sum straight away. It’s only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, because of the reasons above.

Easy to set up, excellent customer service
Easy to set up and perfect when in a desperate situation of a large repair bill.
Below is my original Review but they responded immediately to my review and after a brief phone call i( (CALL DON'T EMAIL) I'd been able to increase my initial payment and reduce the following 5 to enable happier banking and more relaxed budgeting. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Unfortunately I can't find a way to pay a larger amount on first installment to reduce the following 5 which would be my preference and free me from anxiety if constantly watching my spend and account in the next 6 months.
So on that basis I couldn't give it a higher score.

To the rescue yet AGAIN........
Well I am a BIG fan of the service from Payment Assist. For drivers and car owners like me who cannot afford large garage bills then Payment Assist is a lifeline. I no longer ignore or leave work that needs to be done to my car, with a few quick non intrusive questions to evaluate your ability to make repayments you have the finance to cover your repairs. Not accepting final rejected car documentation from lender
Passing the buck saying they need the broker to tell them I rejected car an to stop payment they carry on takeing payments for a rejected car under the 2015 consumer rights that was sold not fit for purpose do not trust this company I have taken the issue to the ombudsman

We are the finance provider that enabled you to spread the cost of your warranty. We have no involvement in the sale, financing, condition, or rejection of the vehicle itself.
Our agreement is solely with the warranty provider. As such, we are unable to cancel the finance agreement or stop payments unless and until we receive confirmation from the warranty provider that the agreement has been cancelled.
We understand that this situation is frustrating and appreciate that you have referred the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. We will, of course, cooperate fully with any investigation and continue to follow the appropriate process while the matter is being reviewed.
