The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I highly doubt the people who work in fhe call center actually work for Payactiv as they are useless. I would choose any other EWA app before I used Payacriv.

Effective listening skills and Awesome customer support
I was hesitant because I was worried becoming a little impatient with UKG in the app but I called the customer support number and “ Abigail Burnham” eased my worries answered my questions and solved all my issues.. THANK YOU :)
