However I was offered a selection of alternative ovens at attractive prices which could be delivered from the manufacturer direct. Staff were helpful and efficient. Oven was delivered on time by friendly and efficient delivery staff.

The team from Paul Davies arrived at 0950 approx on the day of the day of delivery we had arranged. Talk about SuperStars! They were efficient, personable and flipping quick. No fuss, no mess, in-and-out in double-quick time. Old appliance removed, shiny, quiet new one installed and up-and-running as I type. And then they were on their way to the next lucky customer on their list.
Paul Davies was recommended to me by a colleague at the hospital where I volunteer. (I owe you Flower!). I'm going to need a fridge freezer and an oven soon. I now know which company I can trust to accomodate my requirements. To shop local and recommended really is best.

Contractors are cowboys. Didn't fit light round based of units. Said they would come back. Never did. Our pvc ceiling was blown. They came and put 2 screws in it. Said they would come back. Never did

Can't recommend enough
We were expertly looked after by Ella, who planned our kitchen beautifully. We walked round the kitchens, appliances and sat until not only we were happy but she was too. Absolutely no pressure. I also spoke to Lucy who was superb and very professional with the documents I needed to sign and send
The install was seemless, the lads were fantastic and a credit to the company.
Ella has changed a dark kitchen into a stunning light usable space.

We ordered a range cooker to replace our old one. The prices was very competitive and we included the full service, disconnect and removal of old cooker and fitting the new one. Everything went great, lots of communications about the delivery and a very friendly and effective fitting service. Definitely recommend. False claim
They advertised a samsung tv on discounted price but after taking the payment, they informed me that its out of stock. But surprisingly they are still advertising the same deal.
If its out of stock, then they should not advertise it.

Bad Experience
I have just had a £17K kitchen installed by Paul Davies. The end result is disappointing and not what I was expecting. As an example, the breakfast bar moves around. The fitters told me that they can't do anything with it and have explained to me that it has been badly designed. I have asked the MD to visit my home but has refused due to her mother being in hospital. She sent a man to look at the problems who was not interested and basically unhelpful. I am now left to deal with the remedial items myself. I find it surprising that I am one of very few who have had bad experience. Just unlucky I suppose!

All reported issues were resolved within the week of installation, and following a subsequent phone call to check on any outstanding matters, no concerns were raised regarding the breakfast bar. I would also like to apologise that, due to a family emergency, someone other than the Managing Director attended the property on that occasion. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help with any further concerns.

Came across this website whilst trying to sort out a new dryer that has broken. Prices are the cheapest for same model (believe me I have searched and searched). Gemma and admin staff are amazing at responding and extremely helpful and kind. Delivery was amazing less than 24 hours notice working around my availability from Lee/Craig. New customer who will be returning again and again!

I saw the cooker advertised on line, I needed to establish the exact shade of colour. The staff at Paul Davies supported me every way they could to enable me to 'see' the cooker without physically travelling 200 miles. Once I purchased the item, they helped me arrange the transportation. They packaged the cooker extremely well, to ensure it was not damaged in transit
