A complete waste of time.
You have 30 mins to answer the questions apparently.

So you begin to answer multiple questions, some require a detailed response depending upon your health conditions, this takes time, then a box pops up saying you have 5 minutes left.
So you answer the next question, then the next one THEN a message pops up telling you you have run out of time and it will close & nothing will be sent to your GP.
So all those answers you typed were a complete waste of your time because after 30 minutes Patches wipes it all and closes down.
Apparently you can start a new message and do the same all over again.
This is not the 1st time this has happened when trying to answer all the questions.
I will not waste my time using Patches again.

I find patches easy and quick to use.
The Villa Medical Centre is an amazing GP surgery. They always contact you quickly and when busy offer alternatives to help. The GPs there are truly committed and trustworthy. They are so helpful and lovely and never make you feel like you are wasting their time.

Patchs is much more convenient than enquiring in person or by phone. It's a very straightforward procedure.

I like using Patches to schedule appointments etc. I also do find it easy to use. However, I feel that there are too many unnecessary questions when all one wants to do is to book a GP Appointment. Their website edit function can be better also

I always use patchs.ai, & have always found it to be very good. The surgery respond quickly, & appointment is sorted .
It is easy to follow. I think an alternative should be given when completing the questions, as sometimes it isn't necessary to complete eg. I requested a blood test & I have had to complete all the usual questions.

Works well but I am tech savvy. In my experience You usually get a reasonably timely response. Do not expect a response on the same day. So it’s not for emergencies or booking appointments

Yes, you are doing well. I like not having to phone my doctor’s practice when it’s quite normal to hang on for up to 15 minutes even though I’m ‘first in the queue’. And I’m learning to put my problem succinctly.

The PATCHS system was easy to use and straightforward to complete. The questions were clear and allowed me to explain my symptoms properly. It was helpful to be able to submit everything online at a convenient time, and the process felt efficient and well organised.

Patches itself is definitely a 5 star! But Grove House Practice isn’t even worth the 1 star is nothing could be provided then it wouldn’t even have the 1 star! I suggest if your looking for a new doctors do NOT sign up for Grove House Practice in Runcorn! They have no respect for the disabled community, they told myself with autism I need to speak for myself? I don’t eye contact or speak for myself, all being a serious neglect email have been sent to them and other people, I have some serious diagnoses that they claimed wasn’t actually there it was just “ anxiety “ it was all fine and well my partner speaking for me until we took things a lot further and then it was a problem! Absolutely disgusting Practice with disgusting behaviour and attitudes from most staff and Doctor's, I was given wrong blood results, wrong treatment and wrong diagnoses and as soon as that complaint went in they threatened to kick me out! Well Grove House Practice this will be going as far as it can go! You will NEVER speak to another disabled person like it again or treat them like you have me luckily I have a very supportive family and partner! A lot of disabled people just leave it there without understanding and I will protect that disabled community BIG MISTAKE. Because I will take it as far as I can to anyone who will listen. Thank you for making me trust NO Doctors now! Thank you.
