Patchs, an excellent way to contact your GP practice
I use Patchs to deal with my GP practice. It totally avoids the notorious waits on the telephone to speak to a receptionist that plague practices that don't use it.
Lancaster Medical Practice have their end well organised and reply quickly, usually within 24 hours. This provides excellent communication

I’m very impressed with Patches
I’m very impressed with Patches. I found the online questions easy to complete and the quick response from Lance Lane surgery was amazing. I was offered an appointment quickly, with a GP , who assessed my problem and issued a prescription- which was also dealt with quickly at the attached pharmacy.

Incredible service.
From putting my request on patches to receiving excellent care from a specialist GP and getting my prescription took 2hrs! What an incredibly good service! Highly satisfied.

Nice and easy to use
Nice and easy to use. I like the privacy of it all. Sometimes you feel uncomfortable being honest with your gp but on here you feel a bit more freedom.
